Staff were so friendly at check in, the room was spotless and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was nothing special, just the usual serve yourself eggs/sausage/waffles. Coffee was great though!

Absolutely perfect for our 1-night stay! Lovely, welcoming staff, who accommodated an early check-in. The room was spacious, clean with super comfortable bedding. Generous complimentary breakfast with excellent hot and cold choices. Easy, well-priced parking on hotel grounds at $22 for 24 hours. Fantastic location for walking to Niagara Falls!

The room and bathroom were clean, and the space we received was quite spacious. It was convenient to have both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold and didn’t appear to have a temperature control, so I was a bit concerned about keeping food and my baby’s milk fresh. The bed was comfortable, though it seemed a bit older, and you could hear the springs when moving. The carpet was clean but looked slightly dated, which made it appear darker and dirty. There was also some noticeable water dripping sound from the ceiling, as well as plumbing noises when someone used the bathroom, occasionally from the neighboring room too. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary coffee and freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. The complimentary breakfast was also good and had a nice selection. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Clifton Hill, which was very convenient. The only concern was that Hunter Street, just outside the hotel, could use more lighting at night, but once you reach the main street (Victoria Avenue), it feels bright and safe. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with only a few minor areas for improvement.

We ended up checking in really late and it was nice to receive a text to alert the front desk person. Room was clean, stocked with toiletries and tea. You did have to get your water from specific floors but that was no big deal to us.
