Although location was convenient and the room was clean and specious, the elevator were too busy so the wait time was long. The parking lot was two blocks away and when it's snowy with kids, it's very inconvenient and dangerous. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was dirty and no privacy as it was right across a parking lot of an Inn. For the rate we paid, my family and I expected better.

The rooms were loud, in one room or heater sounded like a vacuum. In the second room it sounded like a dishwasher. They had no water pressure. They didn't want to do anything about it. I asked for 50% off the rooms. They refused.

Great location and clean and modern building. The room was quiet if the fan was on, but I couldn’t set a specific temperature. Breakfast was overpriced (and almost the same as a free one at a competitor) - disappointing that glasses of water could not be provided and drinks were not included in the adult buffet price. Staff at breakfast restaurant were very kind and helpful.
