We stay in the falls 2x per year March break and christmas Every year for like 20yrs as my wife and i used to live there. We have stayed in almost every hotel near the falls, from ramada to oaks tower. After our stay at Vittoria we have stopped looking at other hotels. Facilities staff cleanliness location All of the above are the best we have seen. Even the restaurant beside the hotels mama mias is one of the best. Hotel was great for the price. Kinda wish parking was cheaper, room had microwave and breakfast was included. The lobby entrances themselves were kinda messy and soaking wet from the snowy mess outside. Almost slipped a couple times walking in. Other than that the room itself looked brand new and all amenities were excellent. Beds were comfy and I liked that they had 3 types of pillows so you could pick the one you want.

My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute staycation in Niagara Falls and chose Victoria Hotel and Suites, one of our longtime favourites. We booked through Expedia and had no issues with the reservation. Check-in was smooth, and William at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, well organized, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Great amenities, including a pool, and an excellent location near Clifton Hill and the Falls. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.
