Room was fresh and clean, comfy beds and pillows, staff is friendly and efficient, pool and hot tub clean, lots of pool towels. We always stay here when we go to Niagara- they charge 25 for parking on property and 15 off property, next store, which in comparison is a good price.

Condition was alright, parking was a pain. We had to park in a lot offsite, which parking at night and walking there felt sketchy at times. Hotel is in a good location for food and shopping, however we had an attempted mugging while walking the heavy tourist area just outside our hotel to a nearby restaurant. Not the hotels fault - just be alert in the area in general. Our room was large and spacious. No issues with checkin/checkout or staff. Midline hotel.

Nice little hotel, very clean and well maintained room. Reasonably priced little place and very walkable location. Close to all the craziness on the hill (forget what it's called) but quiet in my room. Price for parking was reasonable too. Also the front desk staff on check in and check out were friendly and professional.

The staff were fantastic. But the small things weren’t there. The toilet paper roll dispenser was broken. The soap dispenser dish in the shower was slanted so everything was falling on the floor. The pool and hot tub was not well maintained. Log book and first aid kit out dated and missing supplies. We needed a band aid.
