It is super convenient in location. You can do many things in the area without going too far for adults and kids. We had a blast. What we thought could use improvement/more care was the carpet smell and central air unit which we had a problem with the first day. Maybe invest in having better fans available for when units break down.

This property was staffed with rude front desk members. Our waterpark passes were only honored one if the 2 days promised. Noisy neighbors that partied until 3 am with no security check-ins.
Checkin personal wasn’t very friendly, room had a smell, food boxes were left on the dresser, electrical. Also had some random people walk into our room the front desk checked them into our room.
I really like the courtyard. It looks very peaceful. Never got to sit around it but just looking at it was relaxing. Rooms were also tidy, clean sheets, comfy bed. Staff was also very nice. I'd give CS 10/10. Hotel was nice and quiet, always a plus when you're out all day and come "home" to a peaceful setting. Only thing I would have to complain about is the main light for the hotel. I wish it was in the middle of the room rather than near the washroom. To get a nice lit room I had to turn on all the lamps. Other than that I would definietly come back.
Ac is centralized so you cannot adjust the temperature to your liking and staff/front desk was very rude
The room was nice and clean. The staff was never at the reception. We were surprised to get there and find out waterpark tickets were not included with our stay and had to pay $30 per person. We also got charged $22 per night for parking. Not a good experience for us.
Nice location, convenient access to water park., check in was great, very quickly and they allowed us for early check in. Very happy overall with the Hotel, the water park have too much chlorine that wasn’t that pleasant the time there.

Conveniently located to water park and liked the courtyard setup. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful. The check in line took for ever, the door was locked to the water park 15 minutes late while 30 guests stood waiting. Rooms were fine for a budget hotel.
