Great property, clean room. A little busy but overall the staff were nice. Would have appreciated a nicer TV and more charging options. The outlets are behind the furniture which is annoying. It wouldn't cost much for them to upgrade to charging stations for convenience. The TVs are from the 2000s

Unfortunate circumstance no air!

Unfortunately air conditioning for all of hotel broke on a very hot day. we had come to niagara from far away. Told us they were working on repair. Did say if we chose not to check in they would give us full refund. I mean isnt that a gimme, i didnt break their air. I saw ways to improve their customer service here. Great customer service would be to assist those unfamiliar with the area in finding alternate hotel to stay for a night until air is fixed. Local businesses must know each other and know comparable rates. strrss free process for customer, yhey would be so grateful if you put them up st an alternate hotel. Use money they paid you to pay other hotel. okay customer service, would be offer a discounted room until air fixed for inconvenience and customer loyalty. Poor service is giving someone who came from far away the choice stay at full price or go home. Suggest in future they work with customer in problem solving something out of customers control. That would get you great customer reviews and repeat customers. We had quite an adventure. We stayed for our child to see Niagara. Ac did get fixed at 11pm and we survived by going out until kids bedtime then using cold water on towels until 1130pm. Went for ice but no machine had any. Guessing everyone was doing same.

Not great. Water park is decent. Take all your stuff inside. Our truck was broken into and my 1200 bike was stolen. Tried talking to staff for camera footage and not helpful at all.

Beds/mattresses was broken on arrival. on discussing this concern with the manager (Raj), he immediately moved us into a room with new beds and removed parking fee from our bill... resulting in... happy customers :)
