disappointing to stay at a Hilton hotel and feel like I am at a Motel six.The room was in desperate need of a makeover. The carpet was ripped , the furniture was old and very scratched and stained. The bathroom had worn fixtures. Look at the pics The staff however was extremely friendly, helpful and room service was good.

Had a great time, enjoyed the bar and restaurant on the 33rd floor. Great view of fireworks and falls light show. The concierge was great and gave us instructions to go to The Niagara on the Lake wineries and two passes for free tours. Especially like Peller Estate Winery tour with Ice wine celler.

It's was not good a stay for us the room is very small for a king size bed . Their rate was very very high for the room it's was a wall to wall and nothing in the room for guest to use like microwave etc also the maid service was very poor they do not change the bed I had to call for they to change the she on the bed . The bathroom do have nothing we feel very disappointed with the choice we made for that hotel

The best hotel hands down! Great service and hotel!! You cannot get a better hotel. We stay there every year and this year we stayed 2 nights. For the 3rd night we decided to stay at Sheraton on the falls for a little change and it was the worst decision we have ever made in our lives. Sheraton does not deserve a 4 star it's not even a worthy to be a zero star!! Hilton however is 10 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing hotel and everything is just amazing! No hidden charges no nothing. They are straight and honest with their guest and everyone gets VIP service! Amazing staff! Especially, Anthony at the HHonors guest services! We will definitely keep staying with Hilton and it's sister hotels.

Paid a lot of $$$ for suite, door between bedrooms didn't close.. when tried to force it it shook the entire place and made loud noise so woke up everyone, therefore it stayed open which defeated the purpose of a suite (no privacy). Hotel staff said they would check twice, not sure if they did, but it never got fixed. Shower door seal didn't work even when pulled tight so bathroom floor flooded with every shower. Slide in pool wasn't open the two times we swam due to "not enough staff" so despite that being one of the reasons we booked this hotel, we never got to use it. To that end, I'm surprised they didn't bring in enough staff as this hotel was COMPLETELY CROWDED, it often took a while to get an elevator as we had to wait for four or five that were full when they got there. Extremely expensive restaurants and coffee shop. Overall, has potential to be very nice but they have work to do to make it worth what they charge (even with the Orbitz deal)!!!

Staff was very friendly. We loved the hotel except the daily housekeeping left something to be desired.

Nice Hotel with nice pool and Hot tub..Great view from our suite.. Kids love the pool with big slide..Closed to all!!!

Nice friendly place.... all the major a traction some close

Very nice hotel. We would like to have for the time have a fallsview. All the staff very polite . All my family was very happy . We come back for sure.

Best stay ever! Room was beautiful! We stayed in a two king Falls view room and it was too notch! So comfortable for a family of five! Out of the three hotels we stayed in on our Canadian tour this was our absolute favorite! Will return!

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and it was really nice and the staff was amazing, great service. Totally will stay at this hotel again.

Falls view from 34th floor. We were give this as there was construction and they wanted us higher to avoid noise. Great three part room! Two queens and a sofa in one, Jacuzzi and other room with another queen. fake fireplace too! A short walk to the falls.

I checked in on a Valentine's Day. I chose this hotel mainly because my parents are Diamond members and I was thinking about switching from staying at Sheratons to the Hilton brand. Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The first night was okay, I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door so I wouldn't be woke up early since I didn't have a meeting until the afternoon. The housekeeper still woke me up at 9:30am. This was only a two night stay, the second morning I was woke up bright and early with someone doing constuction on the floor above me. Overall the condition of the hotel was nice, it was well kept. Unfortunately the staff needs more training.

Awesome view, very nice and helpful staff. We had a great time!

Hair on bed pillows, cracked sink, cobwebs, dirty walls, doors and door frames, ripped and stained couch cushion. Safe didn't work, phoned for help, still waiting for said help, coffee maker is junk.... no matter what setting you put it on scolding water came out both sides.. some one is going to get third degree burns... the privacy curtain/ screen incased in glass between bathroom and bedroom didn't go down all the way was jammed, no privacy to use the bathtub.... for over this price a night with out anything included I will not stay or recommend.... Embassy is way better and paid less got free breakfast and two free drinks a night per person plus bar snacks and a clean room with everything working

Website does not specify "shower or bath" rooms. Change was made at the desk. Staff very helpful. Great stay.

Love that it was attached to the casino with a walkway. Made it easy since it was colder outside. Food was great in the hotel restaurants.

Boyfriend's favorite part was the water slide at pool! Jacuzzi rooms are excellent!

I love how comfortable the beds are, the friendly Staff, and most important how close the hotel is to the Falls. I just wish the hotel would provide complimentary water.

Nice room, a little small. Had an electrical outage in the room, caused by (we think) a faulty coffee maker. Repairs were made and some credit was applied to the bill.
