Rooms are in need of major renovations. Beds are sagging and small. Sinks and tubs had stains on them. Elevators are squeaking and old. Not very nice for all the money it cost to stay there not to mention the EXTRA HUNDRED DOLLARS TO PARK!!! which isn’t included in the price of the room. Terrible. I will never stay there again.

Fabulous hotel! Oh what a view!! We stayed here on our road trip and had a room with a view of the US falls and Canada falls. What a fabulous treat that was. Highly recommend this hotel for the view. Also, convenient covered walkway to casino across the street and super close to various dining options.
Amazing view of the falls. Air conditioning didn’t work in our initial room. Maintainance didn’t fix the problem, however, we were promptly changed rooms
We have to pay for parking the car.
The room we slept in 1015 is so loud had the worst night being on top of the boiler room or whatever. The room was clean but had a musty smell. My son has bites all over his legs Lord only knows from what. The swim pool was freezing cold not enjoyable. Overall not impressed especially while booking and using an Avion you would assume you would get too notch service and quality for a big name hotel.
The room was nice and clean. Amazing view. Staff were friendly. Room The washroom had no fan in it. Every time you took a shower it was so steamy. You couldn’t use the mirror to get ready for at least 1/2. Even if you showered with colder water. There was a leak and the water went all over the floor and there was a small furnace in the room and it would blow in your face when you were in the bed. You had to sleep with the covers over your head. The vending machines took our money we called the number and they said we should have a credit, should be on our account when we check out and we got nothing. We told the staff on the way out and they were like ok. That was it. Parking was expensive, they said it was $35 the first night and $75 the next night. But fir got to tell us there was taxes o. That. With Taxes $44.05 & $94.49 there was a DMC non room tax $4.02 and $10.87. This was the first time and the last time I will stay. We got the room with points but we like the Sheridan hotel much better.
A bit overpriced
Close to the falls as well as the Fallsview casino. The view from the rooms with premium view were decent. Check in was quite bad. Very slow which can be understandable sometimes. But the person who did our check-in had absolutely no interest in being there. She ended up writing the wrong room number and told us the wrong room number as well which led to a very angry guest into whose room we were trying to get in late in the night. After the long trek back down 30 floors to the main lobby, that particular staff member seemed to be in another confrontation with another customer, whilst the other staff member who corrected the typo was quite unapologetic or show any care for the mistake and the disturbance to the other guest. Room is a bit dated as are the facilities. Some repairs are required. Elevator service is extremely slow. But there is a Starbucks right in the lobby. Although there is one at every stones throw
