The remote didn’t work, air conditioner would not go cooler, cold water in bathroom sink trickled out. Couldn’t drop off luggage. Park your own car for 85.00 a day. 100.00 tax on room

It took over an hour to get checked in. They couldn’t find our reservations. The rooms we got had no windows at all. The extra lock on the door didn’t work and the air vent in one room was broken. They have no cable TV to speak of and the elevators are so small you had to wait in line to get an elevator as only a few people could fit at one time.

I initially booked for 1 day stay and decided to add another day stay.I wasn’t able to update my booking and there was no choice but to book another night.When we checked in,front desk staff said they combined the 2 bookings and and there is no need to move to another room the next day. On the second day we decided to go around the town and when we came back to our room,our keys didn’t work.we were instructed to check in again.Key was reactivated and when we went back to our room,a staff knocked on our door asking again if we have extended our stay. Hilton need to train their staff on how to troubleshoot bookings and changes.Its very annoying to keep repeating and explaining what happened to your booking

By far, the worst experience I have ever had. Disgusting, rude staff, no parking, stains on towels, killed 3 bugs, takes 50 minutes to call up for towel, beds were not made even though housekeeping came by. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE and I am an avid traveler

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The view of both the u.s and Canadian falls from the 44th floor was extraordinary. Definitely a 10/10

Wasn’t clean bathrooms were dirty. Called room Severus several times to get clean bath towels and conditioner. Never got them. Had to pay anywhere I went for parking, and it wasn’t even by the hotel I stayed at. It was very loud in the rooms. I would not recommend stay!

Nous avons bien aimé le restaurant milsa avec pleine sorte de viande et un buffet c'était wow très bon service, Dans nos chambres nous manquions de rien aucune débarbouillette ni serviette etc. mais le seul point que sa ma déplut 5.00 une bouteille d'eau au prix que nous payons notre chambre il pourrait nous la laisser gratuitement .Une belle ambiance des employées dans toute hôtel .. Mais j'aurais tant aimé trouver quelqu'un qui parle le français pour ma part c'est tellement une belle place à visiter et beaucoup de touristsme sa serait pratique de savoir quelque langues . A voir au moins une fois dans sa vie. Merci

The front desk is terrible. I had to reheat a meal before the fireworks over the Niagara and they brought me all the way downstairs, I did not mind that but once down the front desk refused to help reheat the food. I had to call the Hilton Corporate number to register a complaint

Room was spacious, but our view was a flat wall. There was a soda can tab on the floor outside our door that remained the entire stay. House keeping came every day and made the beds. They passed over it each time which means the floors don’t get cleaned. Restaurants were expensive and food quality is fair. Parking was expensive. Slow check in and check out due to not enough workers.

Great location, friendly staff, on-site restaurants and shops, and overall family-friendly. The walls and carpets could use some updating. The toilet needed some fidgeting to flush appropriately and the shower drained VERY slowly. However, we got a great view, as promised. The room was comfortable. We were told there was construction on our floor, but we didn't even notice! Would definitely book here again.
