I found the employees very friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself is a little dated it was very clean. Our room was large with a sitting area. It was a convenient location, 5 minutes to the Eaton centre and theatre as well as 15 minutes to the st laurence market and 20 minute walk to the distillery district. Parking was easy and onsite. Breakfast had lots of options. The food was on warmers but fresh. I would recommended this hotel for the price.

The staff was very nice. The room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast which they did not have the last time we stayed (January, 2025). We used the hot tub, sauna, and gym. The gym floor needed cleaning. The carpets in the room are getting a old however, time for a refresh. We read the complimentary news papers. Internet was good. All in all, we like the hotel. We will most likely stay there again.
