The customer service was top notch, and the gym was well equipped. However, this hotel is old and outdated. It seems like they used to have a restaurant, but now the space is open only for a mediocre breakfast. I feel that a “suite” should include things such as a kettle and toaster for example. I got a deal/special rate, and would not want to pay their full price to stay here.
