The hotel was nice. However, the bathroom had hair and nail clippings on the floor. And, the fridge wasn't cold. But, the staff was friendly and overall nice stay.

Staff was great, very accommodating and pleasant. Parking was very convenient, was able to park before check in and was able to check in a little early, very much appreciated. Returned to the hotel late and it was great to see staff and security at the door checking that people coming in were registered guest. All in all a great stay, will return.

The suite was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. After 10pm they checked everyone coming in to ensure that they were staying at the hotel. Felt very safe.

The room is clean. I like that it has kitchen amenities so I can heat up left overs.the separate bedroom space allows for privacy when my companions watch TV from the kitchen/dining area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. the property is walking distance to all of downtown Toronto's sights. Very convenient location.

We’ve stayed at the Cambridge Suites four times, loved every time. It’s close to old Toronto, financial district, the sights and shopping! The CS team look after you, if you need an extra towel, duvet, they are right on it. The rooms are reasonably spacious, the bed/pillows are comfy, my daughter had the pull out sofa bed in the living room. There are two entrances to the bathroom so you don’t disturb those sleeping. Contains safe, fridge, microwave, coffee machine (replenished daily). I’m hoping that the great service continues after the end of September when the hotel will be sold.
