We checked in after 10:30pm. They were friendly and helpful. We were starving so went to restaurant on the hotel. The bartender was amazing. Helpful, witty and chatty. We were never made to feel like a burden as we were so late. I will also note, that i messaged through the expedia app, they answered right away. Lastly, the man who deove thw bus for the airport was also, friendly.

Better price for a nicer hotel and much quieter

The hotel was very clean and the staff are amazing. The only downfall of as that we were snowed in after our flight from Houston Texas on Feb 15, 2025! We had one night before our cruise booked followed by a second night after our cruise. Our truck was also parked at the hotel during our holiday! Well when the weather got much worse and we were unable to drive back to London, Ontario, when my husband looked to extend our stay by another night, he noticed that the price jumped up by $60.00 more than it was from the night before. But we wanted to see if the weather would clear up so we waited until the early morning to decide. Having waited, he noticed the price increase by $60.00 and or would also be another $30.00 to park our truck again for one more night. So much to our disappointment we were very happy to find a much nicer hotel for less with free parking for the night. Now we will be staying at this other hotel in the future. It’s much quieter too!

The property itself is in nice location and room facility is clean but the staff service is very very poor...long lines and very slow check in process. Wifi connection does not work.
