The hotel was great. Location can't be beat. The staff was top notch. The only thing preventing me from giving the hotel a 5 was...my coffee experience. The in room coffee maker made espresso and lattes (I think). The serving size was ttttiiiiinnnnnyyyy and the quality was terrible. We had breakfast in Watermark and the coffee was weak and cold.

Radison Blu Downtown receives a 10 out of 10. Great location. Service was fabolous from the restaurant, front desk people, great location. Views of the harbour from the 7th floor was amazing. Seeing the planes and boats arriving was terrific.Walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to attend. Beck taxi cab service was amazing when needed. Front desk looked after this when asked. Will definately be staying here again.

We did receive a free upgrade to a lakeview king suite at check-in. The heat became non functional at some point during our stay which lead to a disturbed and uncomfortable sleep, maintenance was able to find a work around eventually with the base board heating. but the bathroom received no heat. The Mattress and pillows were comfy. the room showed wear and was rough around the edges (dirty baseboards). Staff were polite and capable, our parking was complimentary as a result of the inconvenience. Overall I was disappointed the stay.
