The room was ok, but for what they charge it better be more than ok. Low quality shower head and tap at the bathroom sink was frustrating to use. The fridge barely worked, the TV was very low quality with a poor picture. The room was very small for this price point. Orbitz screwed up on my room selection so I thought I was booking a suite for the rate I was paying but it turned out to be a small room. I dont hold that against the hotel, but the value was not there. The room was clean, and the staff was good. At the rates I paid I would expect a lot nicer place with better in room ammenities.

Great hotel in a great location

General Manager is super amazing and super accomodating and i love its walking distance to CN tower love it

Great location. We had a young child and an older adult in party and the main attractions that we wanted to see were very close. Sometimes early in the evening that noise from the street was a bit loud but it was not too bad overall considering location. Wish we had more time to try the pool.

Great pool, disappointed with the lack of In-house restaurant. There is a sports bar attached, but not very family friendly!

We booked this property for the long weekend under the premise that it had a rooftop pool that we could use. We even called twice to ensure the pool would be open and they said it was. When we arrived, they said the pool was not open and would not be open for several more weeks. They were not apologetic, they were not concerned with our concern and shrugged it off as a miscommunication. Many travelers also booked there for the long weekend under the same premise and were also deeply disappointed. The service members did nothing to correct or apologize. They said a manager would contact me and no one ever did. You cannot trust what this property is advertising. They do not live up to what they advertise.

Friendly Staff, Clean, Nice Location

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, killer rooftop pool. Checked in on a Sunday and it seemed like housekeeping was understaffed. Waited 3 hours for our room, but could lounge by the pool. Pool bar was not open Sunday afternoon/evening, but got to experience the full ambience on Monday afternoon.
