Phone number on the online ordering service for food & drinks does not work. Besides that amenities and room was excellent with a perfect view. The TV remote control had a lot of trouble working and lagged a lot.

it was our first time visiting toronto. the hotel staff was friendly, available and helpful when needed. the room was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. it was slightly outdated but did not have a issue. the pillows were very flat and not comfortable but the bed was fine. the outside windows were dirty but that is to be expected. we had a good view of the toronto sign. overall the stay was good.

Our stay was exceptional! The front desk staff especially Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. The breakfast crew and chef also went above and beyond to create a memorable moment for my young daughter. We were treated so well. I highly recommend this hotel. This was a very last-minute booking, and I am grateful we got a room. We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. My only issue with this stay was a broken HVAC system that could not be fixed, which created a stuffy three nights. Staff are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable.

Staff are always very kind and helpful. I never feel like I’m bothering anyone when I ask for housekeeping, a cab or just some general info.
