I was working with a budget but needed accommodation for 7 days with a good breakfast. My arrengements we're a bit complex as I needed to rooms for separate times. Even though I booked through Orbitz the staff at the hotel we're so friendly, understanding and accommodating via phone when I called to adjust my plans. More so, when I got there I was met with the same friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was great, all room ammenties we're on point and working fine, warm water, nice ac, clean rooms, smells and feels very clean, excellent room cleaning services daily. If some scratches on the wall or minor aesthetic dings make you judge a hotel, you're in the wrong place. If you can look past these things and focus on a really cool.fortable stay, close to the airport and downtown Toronto and everything, with great prices and breakfast you will love this!

It wasn't that many choices on the TV to watch .... We were having problem with our keys for the 3 days that we were there after a while it was getting frustrated because every time we leave our room our keys were deactivated.

The person who checked me in was so bad, he was not helpful at all. But another person whom I checked out with she was nice and helpful. Her name is Shana, nobody came for room cleaning at all. But all over hotel was nice. Thanks!

It was fine to use as a homebase for a Toronto Vacation spot close to the airport. Its a good value. If you just need a place to sleep and shower and keep going on day trips this is perfect.

Enjoyed the hotel in a part of Toronto that was not too far from downtown but also relatively quiet. Liked its classical old feel. Excellent breakfast provided by the hotel, and also very reasonable nightly rates.

This a a very dated hotel without restaurant either in the hotel or within walking distance. Ordered very bad Chinese. Overall would not stay again unless going to the race track. Airport transportation $20.

Shocked when We got there. Looks much older than it looks in pics. No bed bugs but mattress not comfortable. Wifi was very slow and unreliable. Toilet flush very slow . Paint looks dull and was not well lighted. Breakfast was ok not the best .

The rooms are close to the breakfast area, no sunlight.

Ok hotel close to racetrack, day staff was nice, price was good with breakfast included.

It's not my first time there and I love that hotel, just one small this was at my last stay my next door roommates fight 1/2 night, beside that I love this place

This hotel is professionally designed by experts. A victorian romantic style makes your stay a unique experience. Its close to woodbine mall w plenty of parking. Freindly staff and proper cleaning team. The only con is no laundry room. Hotel has a beautiful ball room also.

We booked this hotel for a night's stay near Toronto airport so that we could catch an early morning flight next day. After we arrived in our room, we discovered there are loud party noises coming from this hotel's party room venue that was located very close to our room. When we called front desk, they said they can NOT request to turn down the music volume for the party. They also told us that they are no other rooms available where we can move! We tried calling cops but apparently noise complaint is very low priority in Canada! Finally, when we asked for a refund and told them we are going to different hotel, they immediately offered us a new room! In the end, I and my family got very little sleep and were tired for our flight. Overall, very bad and unprofessional experience!! We are not going here EVER again!

The stay was comfortable and not to far from public transportation to go to the city (bus plus Subway if one did not want to use a car). it took about 80-90 minutes but worth it if one does not want to deal with parking downtown Toronto. Breakfast was fine, but the only inconvenient was that every day we needed to go back to the hotel desk to reactivate our room card (????). otherwise everything was fine.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Room smelled a bit like smoke so we moved to another room.

An OK one night stay. We would stay there again. It was a little outdated. Nice breakfast.

Everytime I stay there I love it, it's one of my lovely places to stay in Toronto. Very quiet.

Decent price for the location and quality. I stayed back in September 2013. They were doing renovations at the time.

They had a wedding there which would have been fine except we couldn't sleep because the bass from their music was literally shaking our walls until 1am. We weren't that close to the wedding either.

Woodbine hotel met our needs for a comfortable place to stay very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, and a great value. The building is beautiful. A restaurant on site and more comfortable places for guests to socialize on site would make it even better.
