The room had no bath towels and I had to go the front desk to pick couple. No soap, no shampoo provided in the room. Outdated furniture that has no meaning and terrible bed. The air-conditioning is terrible and not warm air and noisy most of the time. To get to the room, is like a maze with just one elevator far away from everything. Luckily it was just one night but I won't repeat again.

The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the plate was very loose. Also, many of the receptacles did not work. I had a King size bed and the pillows were 3 tiny square pillows that your head could barely fit on. When I checked out, I told the reception desk about it all.

I was unable to sleep as the doors seemed paper thin, and I could hear every conversation in the hallway. People and kids being loud beyond 12pm, and the front desk didn't manage any of it. The room looked good from far, but don't look closely at it as the reapirs were sub par. They did have a good hot breakfast though.
