Hotel lifts had non working buttons, no food or restaurants in the area

Shuttle was over 35 minutes before it arrived even after us calling in advance twice.

Very upset with the service. When we booked the 2 rooms for 7 people we indicated that we only had a few hours before we had to be back at the airport. We were arriving at 11:55 pm and leaving again at 7 am. Once booked we spoke with customer service and shuttle service to set up pick up at airport. We were told to call 1 hr before pick up. I explained we would be on flight so I was told to call at airport. When we landed I called from the plane, I was told to call again once I got my luggage, which I did and then told to call once outside. Again I did and still no pick up. 35 mins later our company called again and we were told that shuttle was on its way. 35 mins later another couple called for pick up and 10 mins later the shuttle arrived. The front desk took almost 20 mins per room to check in and when asked for a shuttle we were told 4:15 only we did not have to go till 5am. Very disappointed in the service as we only got 2 hrs at the hotel for $200 for my room and our companions paid $170. Very poor service sor the cost and unresponsive to the needs of customers who had long travels and delays

Nice clean hotel near to the airport, we got into the room and the light was flashing then we turned on the TV it worked for a couple of minutes then went off. I called down to the desk to let them know, he came within 10 minutes and gave us the room next door. Everything worked and was very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed there and would recommend it, the breakfast is good too. Plus they have a shuttle to the airport very convenient

This is not the hotel one should go. Front desk person who appears to be owner of the hotel was too rude. There is no privacy why I am saying this because when I cheked in front desk person alloted a room to me and when I entered somebody was already there in the room. He gave another room and when I open the door one family was sitting already This is rubbish. Never ever go to this hotel

We had a reservation for 2 nights and wanted to add a third, these were through Orbitz. I ended up calling facility to ask if I could book another night? They would not match the website price, I then asked if I booked online would I be able to stay in same room. I was told yes. Get to facility they tell me they can't assure me the same room for all 3 nights. Ok, fine. They send us up to 4th floor. The room appeared to be clean(nope). There was a headband on one side of the bed, an empty water bottle on the other side and white stuff all over the floor. Went downstairs to get a different room. Was told I was going to a different floor so it was a different housekeeper!! This room was a little cleaner. 1 set of towels left for a room with 2 double beds? Really? Ice bucket lid was covered in grease(turned it in at desk) took 2 days to get replacement. Be very leary in booking a room here.

The second floir I was on the walls and floor are under construction and/or are being repaired. I was looking unto a yellow bus storage or parking lot from my room. There was a refrigerator in the room but you have to go downstairs in the lobby in the hallway where the microwave is to warm up your food. The hotel had a musty smell to it from the time you walk into the lobby.

I had read so many negative reviews, I was very nervous about our stay (3 rooms for one night.). Our check-in process was flawless, the young man at reception extremely helpful, and the shuttle bus to the airport the next morning punctual and efficient. That said, there was one odd circumstance - there were someone’s clothes and backpack in one of the rooms. They were in the closet and bureau, someone cleaning the room would have missed it. My friend didn’t tell me until morning, but reported it to housekeeping and I let the front desk know when we checked out.

Even though is not that close to the airport as the other hotel. The drive only took us 5 minutes just to get there. The staff was.super friendly when we got there. The room mas nice and nitty. I recomend this hotel for at least one night.

The room was cold and even though Had the heat on full blast all night it never got warm. There were no extra blankets. I was fully dressed in bed all night to keep warm.

Orbitz auto fill on there reservation page put in wrong dates and booked entire week when I only needed 1 night , then refused to change it. Hotel room was not cleaned properly the first night we stayed there but got better on send night. People were coming into our room when we returned from a trip away from the hotel. Not sure what was going on there! We had put some food in the fridge and when we went to get it again, it was gone. One of two elevators was not working and the one that was had problems and we did not feel safe in it. The doors would try to close but re-open up to seven times on one trip. The carpets in the hallways were duct taped to the floor ! While the hotel was old and just recently purchased, it should not be an excuse for the poor maintenance and house keeping

Overall a good hotel for the price. Near airport and the hotel provides free shuttle between hotel and airport

Shuttle bus ran for the convenience of the driver, not the guests. 1 clerk to sign in 8 people before the next bus load of people made the line 12 long. and that was at 1 AM to 2 AM. Thermostat in room set to 58, so room was cold. Wireless password was written and hard to read. Needed clarification from the front desk.

Stayed one night with 2 other friends. Check in was fast, staff was pleasant. Disappointed with the room. Room is dirty. Floor is dirty, I even found a ruler on the floor. The sheets were dirty, with stain. We found a left over food inside the fridge. There’s a coffee maker, but the powdered creamer was expired. Continental breakfast is also disappointing, not worth the price we paid for it.

It's was great. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic. The staff were very accomodating and I was even driven in the early morning to pick up a rental free of charge. Mr. Chopra, who owns the hotel is extremely nice, eloquent and professional. The room was really nice, clean and well kept

Poor service, outdated methods of operation and service, and very poor customrs' services
