Very clean room, excellent staff, air conditioner didnt seem like it was the tempature displayed but was fine. Decent small choice breakfast. Close to lots of great food. Helpful when extending stay. Its super intimidating to go there at night if you dont know toronto, but it's definitely in a safe area. My room door was very loose when closed and locked. Comfort Inns website says they don't offer hospital rates if your a caregiver for family member, but it's still decently priced even without discount.

I called for a shuttle and it came right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room wasn't super clean but good enough. There are not restaurants or shopping within walking distance.

I donot know how long they haven’t washed or cleaned the coffee machine. It’s so dusty inside….the hair dryer seemed never work. The one in my room didnot work. I asked for a spare one which was broken as well. In summer, it maybe ok. In winter, or you are in hurry to check out, it can be quite uncomfortable.

This is my second time staying here. The first time wasn’t great and I was hoping this time would be better. Unfortunately it was much worse. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and offered no hospitality. When I asked a question that they didn’t like the room keys were thrown at me, there was no information given regarding my question and the staff were yelling at me to the level that my friend heard them while she was in the bathroom (which is down the hall and around a corner). Would never recommend this place to anyone
