I was really impressed by how aesthetically nice the room was, it was super clean, the bed was really comfortable! I got there super late at night and the staff checking me in was super kind and welcoming! The staff was also kind as I was checking out as well. Bathrooms near the lobby were clean. The lobby was nice, clean, and calm. I was very comfortable waiting in the lobby for a better time after check out to head to the airport!

Everything in the room was fine and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Too. Was clean and front desk staff was very helpful. Only draw back was location. Ot qas surrounded by industrial. If you wanted to go to near by amenties you had to walk a long distance of get a cab or lift.

The room only got cleaned after the first night. When we complained that the room was not cleaned we were told we had to request it. The next days we requested it but the room still not cleaned. Breakfast was finished at 9 am and did not tasted good and poor selection I would not recommend this hotel!

We had to wait over 5 minutes before the guy came to the front desk to check us in, the cable tv kept going off and on. On the good side, the breakfast wasn’t too bad.

The ad clearly said I would have Tv to watch. As you can see by the picture I did not, I called the front desk, they said they would send someone up to the room, that never happened, I called down an hour later and the person who answered the phone was very rude to me and said Roger’s is working on fixing the problem and said there’s nothing that can be done and hung up on me. I won’t recommend this hotel my friends and family and plan on posting a bad review on google and other social media forms explaining the bad experience and hotel staff.

The bathroom walls and shower head where very dirty. You could see the mold on shower hand held and floor. The shuttle is hard to use. We came in separately on flights. Since we checked into the hotel they wanted to charge us for the second shuttle from airport. The shuttle guy answered the phone in heavy traffic instead of using hand free devise.
