While the staff were friendly the rooms felt dirty and just broken. A few lights did not work. The door latch was broken off. There were clumps of hair in the bed. Not a very pleasant experience. More attention should be paid to cleaning and maintenance.

Check in and accomdations were fine. This was a short overnight layover with late arrival and early departure next morning. Wish their shuttle was available later at our flight arrived at 10:45pm but with slow luggage retrieval we missed the last shuttle and had to take a cab.

The shuttle took 50 minutes to pick me up, the hotel is only about 2 miles away. I called twice and they told me it would be 10 minutes.

The bald guy during the night shift is not friendly, he seems to be over smart with customers, he gave access card and then went to scan my door it was not working and then again I had to go to reception and request him to give access he can’t do job properly
