Great location! Walking distance from a handful of stores, places to eat, and their metro. The hotel is nice, staff friendly, very clean. Only critique is the AC unit was a bit loud as well as the elevator, which our room was behind, which may not be ideal for a light sleeper, bit otherwise, we'll certainly plan to stay here again!

The second night of our stay was not pleasant due to other guests shouting to each other and slamming doors for quite some time - we did call reception but this was repeated again at 2:30 and we couldn’t get back to sleep after this

Bistro food and staff were excellent as was front desk personnel. We had a noisy banging door neighbour who seemed to know others on the same floor who were always going in and out like all the time. We did complain to the desk manager but with little result. We stayed for 4 nights. The room doors themselves are very noisy. When they are opened/closed all day/evening it gets very annoying.

The hotel is close to restaurants and a few minutes from shopping. Eaton centre is about 9 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and accommodated the four of us. However, there was not much toilet tissue in the bathroom….less than half a roll for overnight. Told the main desk. Was told someone would bring us some….it did not arrive. Fortunately there was Kleenex.
