The location is good. The reception is friendly and works hard to accommodate. Nice size room and comfortable bed. But we had no hot water on the last day. And room service was terrible. It took over an hour just to have three glasses delivered to the room and he was very nasty when he did finally deliver them.

The hotel is in a great location, with great access to everything in Toronto. It was very clean. Rooms and beds were great. It was a very busy summer weekend and their elevators couldn't seem to handle the volume of people. And their staff working the breakfast each morning had a hard time handling the volume of people.

Room weren't ready when time to check in, we have to wait more than 2 hrs to get to the room. I don't i will come back

Good location. Nearby restaurants and mass transit. My room was decent but the ceiling had water damage and peeling, cracked paint. I was also located next to the elevator. It sounded like a train going by.

The property was dated and the elevators barely fit a few people; it was difficult to accommodate a luggage cart or wheelchair if there was more than one person on the elevator. Hallways were narrow and cramped. Rooms were a bit dingy.

This place is old, dark, and elevators are too slow and noisy.

The cafe was excellent with good food and friendly staff. The wi-fi was terrible, very slow and lost connection frequently. I travel regularly for work and this is not typical for other Courtyards.

Good hotel great location! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ Good hotel. Even better location!

The room was nice and clean however the location of the room was facing a busy street. The room was on the lower floor and there was construction work across the street so it was very noisy. I contacted guest services to make other accommodations but was told they could not change it because it was previously booked through orbit.

The Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto (CMDT) is by far my favorite property to stay at while visiting Toronto. From its convenient location, which provides quick access the city's vast public transit system and to myriad shopping, cultural and dining experiences within walking distance, to the stellar service provided by the staff, to the well appointed guest rooms, CMDT is simply the best of the best. I have always felt welcome there and any issues (of which there were very few) I had were promptly addressed with great courtesy, responsiveness and professionalism. Having made so far 15 trips to Toronto, thirteen of which were as a guest in this property, I can honestly say that I have not had a better experience anywhere. Many thanks to the staff of this fine property for making my visits to Toronto exceptional in every regard. I simply cannot wait to visit again. No need to guess where I'll be staying! :)

Nice location, and very friendly staff. Walking distance to many locations.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel - rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and above all else, comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful and nice!
