Overall this was a great place to stay in Niagra Falls. The hotel is fairly modern and well kept, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. The top floors I'm told have some view of the falls, but the hotel is not as tall as some of the others in the area. That said, while it would have been nice to see from the window we didn't feel like we missed it as we spent most of our time outside anyway. The location is incredibly convenient for going to the casino as you don't have to go outside to get there and has several restaurants within one block. The on site parking is expensive, but surprisingly the staff actually recommended parking either at a different lot across the street or at the casino. We went with the Casino and if you sign up for the player card and spend even a little money the parking is free! Great deal there. The only complaint I had about our room was that upon entry to me is smelled like dirty socks.....after a minute or two you didn't even notice, but I imagine this was coming from the A/C unit or from the outside A/C air intake. The unit worked perfectly btw. It was a little annoying, but not enough to complain about and like I said within a minute or two you didn't notice it. Overall this is a great location in the middle of everything and highly recommended if you can get a decent price.

Nice four points as expected with the catch that the main entrance is not on fallsview Blvd, it kind of has a small exit on that road but that does not change much. Connects to casino and is walking distance to the falls. I liked it's location as it was not always busting with the tourist flow but right next to every thing you would want to do.

Nice hotel but check in room wasn't ready left for a few hours came back room still wasn't ready went and ate dinner .

We came to Niagara Falls for our anniversary and this was the first time for our son to visit Canada. Nicholas at the front desk was very generous and upgraded our room to the biggest one (our room was so huge) and on the 7th floor!!!!! Awesome room and the bed was so comfy and come with fast free WIFI. Room is clean plus free bottle water. Our son enjoyed the heated pool so much and I love the spa tub :D The location is close to the falls (15 minutes walk) and Skylon Tower, if you need to go to Clifton Hills, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There is a connecting bridge to Casino (an easy place to exchange currency). Starbucks and IHOP is in the building but there is a nice all you can eat breakfast buffet right across the hotel. There is Fun Zone for kids in the basement. Parking is a little pricey but it's a privilege in/out with 24 hour security, made us feel safer. Staff are very friendly. Very good for family with kids. Definitely will come back again.

Great location close to the falls. It's an older facility connected to the casino and mall. The A/C was loud and self parking is across the street.

They let us check in hours early and they upgradedvour room and sent a free bottle of wine becuase it was our anniversary.

Very nice hotel, close to the Falls. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant stuff.

For parking, you pay $50/day for valet or $25/day for the lot across the street which already blows. When we checked in, they didn't have any available rooms for the room we booked. We booked a double queen bed for three people and were told they only have a single king bed room. One of us had to sleep on the pullout bed in the couch with a very thin mattress. The king mattress was fine but if we were sober it could've been worse, who knows. The room itself was fine, not great. There was no central light in the room just lamps. The lights by the door were very dim and the TV was so dim it was hard to watch. Instead of a dresser, there was just bins under the TV stand for clothes and belongings. There was no fridge as that would cost an extra $20/night or something. The ice machine was all the way on the other side of the hotel making keeping our drinks cool a hassle. It was not simply down the hallway, it was really on the other side of the hotel and it took at least 5 minutes to get there and get ice. The pool area seemed pretty gross. We only went once during our stay and felt really grimy after getting out. The exercise room seemed decent at first until me and my friend realized there was no cleaning products to clean off the machines or the exercise mats. That is really unsanitary in my opinion. Other than all these problems, the greatest one was after we checked out. Upon returning from vacation, me and my friends found that we had BED BUG BITES all over our legs a

It was wonderful! We ended up upgrading our room to a view of the falls side rather than the casino view. It was beautiful. I would definitely come back for another visit.

Great hotel and close to everything. Only complaint was the wait to check in. Small area and not enough people as well as slow process.

Lots of restaurant choices, tons of arcade games, great pool, near everything. Perfect for families.

great location; close to falls and attraction; clean room.

Location is within walking distance of both Falls and has an indoor walkway to the Fallsview Casino. Many quality restaurants nearby and easy access to various attractions. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable and staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful.

Quick weekend stay and everything was wonderful. First time in Niagara and this hotel is on the edge so not an easy walk most places, but that is the only negative I had.

Nice hotel and conveniently located. Forge falls are just a short walk and the casino is right across the street. Only complaint is that a storage or maintenance room was right next to our so the whole night we heard that door being slammed shut. So needless to say we couldn't get a good nights sleep the two nights we stayed their.

I would like to find out whether this is acceptable stay or not. I stayed one night, technically for 10 hours at the four points by sheraton Niagara Falls fallsview hotel. I booked the room through Orbitz and paid $240 for the stay including service fee and tax. I checked in with my friend at 1 am on 9/5. I waited couple minutes to meet the front desk agent for the check out because there was no one but valet parking staffs outside of the hotel. I understood because it was too late in the night. Even thought the carpet was damp and room temperature was cold, but it was okay, because we didn't pay for the 5 star quality hotel anyways. The problem started at 3am that I received phone call from the front desk that they think air ionizer had not been removed from the room, so they need to take out the ionizer from the room at that time. I drove 8 hours and slept only for an hour and woke up by the call. so I told him that there is no ionizer in the room. And 5 minutes later, there was a guy who knocked on our door who came to pick up the ionizer and I told him there is no ionizer in the room. I tried to talk to the manager on duty and she said that is for my good. From that time, I was thinking how could they have checked me in for the room that's not been inspected yet. Ionizer should be easy to be recognized. And 9 am, there were housekeeper who knocked on our door again, and in a second she opened the room with her key. The hotel ruined my short trip from the start.

Rooms were nice and the bed is so comfortable. The connection to the casino and restaurant choices are great. We've stayed her several times and will stay again!

Gave us a gift certificate for near by steakhouse for our anniversary. Room was quiet.

Very friendly located close to atracciones. Great service

The hotel was well appointed, walking distance to all of the things we wanted to see. Hotel room was spacious. No fridge or microwave but really comfortable beds. Parking across the street for additional fee and IHOP and Starbucks in hotel.
