I choose this hotel because of the gym and EV charger. Hockey team stayed at a different hotel with no gym or EV charger. When I arrived I found out that you had to pay 100$ for valet parking plus the cost of the EV charger (the EV charger was right in front of the hotel entrance). This was not advertised on the Expedia or Wyndham website. Misleading advertising. It was less expensive to drive 5 mins to use a telsa Supercharger. Also The shower did not have any shampoo, soap or conditioner. I had to request this separately.

All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was quite quiet. Parking with in and out privileges was $35/night (Sept 2025) which was in a parking lot just across Stanley Ave (2 min walk) otherwise it was $70/night to park by the hotel entrance. You could unload/load your car by the entrance and then park in the less expensive lot. We did have an issue with our room with regards to the state of the floor/carpet which was handled by the office manager who was very nice. Otherwise the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, heat/air conditioning worked fine, the blinds kept the room very dark. The bathrooms were small but clean. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to get to the falls. There is a trolley that can bring you back up the hill for $3.75. The hotel has an indoor walkway to the Fallsview Casino and also has an I-hop, Starbucks and The Keg within it.

Had a bit of a rocky start with first room. Bathroom door latch wouldn’t shut and door was split like it was kicked open. Carpet and chair had stains. Moved to room #2 and TV didn’t not work consistently. Constant pixelating. Moved to room #3 - everything finally in decent shape. Plus got a fallsview room in the end with complementary wine. The room was beautiful. Great view. Wonderful staff. The only real annoyance was the very poor food at free breakfast. (You get what you pay for) And the elevators can sometimes take FOREVER! Other than that i verybmuch enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

Couldn’t sleep all night due to noises next to my room. Maybe a mechanical room. All night long. Coffee pot wouldn’t work. Was a handicap room , very dangerous at night with no lighting leading to bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and pillow was hard. Staff was great, helped with coffee pot. Check in easy. Nice hotel only I would never take room 113 again due to noise
