Speedy check in with a great guy named Lucky. Very knowledgeable and effecient with amazing customer service and attention to detail. Room was super clean and comfortable. I recommend comfort inn and the shuttle service to the airport as well. Very pleased again this year. Thanks for the great service!
I was there with my family travelled from US. Extremely rude staff. We Paid through Priceline, confirmed 3 rooms with 2 double beds by calling the hotel directly. Myra refused to check us in. They also made mistake on their end; for no reason they made 3 additional reservations! Along with that Myra also refused to give us cancellation number for those reservations that we never made. She initiated a fight with us. Please do not go there. Go somewhere else.
reservation was made through priceline, called them to confirm bed type. they confirmed it.( m sure they have call records ) at the time of check-in they said they don't have a double bed at all. specially that incompetent staff name MYRA. very unprofessional. will try to get in touch with corporate office. there service is terrible !!
My family and I stayed at this hotel four nights while on a road trip to Toronto. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel room was spotless. The room itself smelled clean - like fresh laundry. The complimentary breakfast was decent and there was plenty of variety. The pool area was smaller than I'd hoped and chlorine smell was very overpowering. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
We stayed here for a week recently during a Toronto area vacation. As others have said, it's a comfortable budget hotel with free parking, wifi, breakfast, and a pool. We were happy with our stay, and had no complaints. The only downsides probably reflect the budget nature of the hotel, ie no onsite restaurant/bar/room service etc. There isn't much of interest in the immediate vicinity, so a car really is essential. But overall, its a good budget choice for the Toronto area.
This is a great hotel for the Toronto area if you're looking for relatively low prices and good amenities. Its suburban location is great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the City of Toronto proper. There's a full breakfast, along with wifi, free parking, exercise facilities (fitness room, swimming pool), and a guest laundry. I'm glad I picked this hotel for the Canada 150 celebrations.
Comfortable Queen beds but not enough electronic outlets. Had a compact "kitchen" area with cupboard, fridge/micro, coffeemaker. Tiny full bathroom, tub had a safety rail. Free WiFi, free breakfast 7-10AM, free parking, elevator, pool. Large breakfast area with plenty of seating. The usual offerings of waffles, scrambled eggs, egg patties, bacon, HB eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals & pastries.
I was attending a conference recently at Mississauga Convention Centre and stayed at the close by Comfort Inn hotel for the first time (at this location). I was expecting it to be noise since its close to the Air Port but found otherwise. There were plenty of free parking spaces and the check-in was very quick. I found the room to be very clean and roomy. The Internet was only WiFi based (didn't find any hardwired connections in the room but relatively fast with compared to other hotel experience I have had in the past. I only found the Air conditioner unit was a bit noisy but didn't feel its significant enough to complain. They offered breakfast (included in the room price) and good food and clean room/tables in the breakfast room. Over all I'm happy with my stay there and no hesitation to recommend this hotel for any business or family travel.
Arrived early and did not have a poblem getting into the room, check was smooth and easy. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and everyone had a good sleep. Kids enjoyed the pool when we returned in the evening, the staff even extended the pool hours until 11pm on account of it being March Break and so many families in the pool at scheduled closing time. Font desk staff was courteous and helpful with any requests. Morning breakfast was well stocked and attended. Nothing was left empty and lots of food options provided. Good Job! Comfort Inn staff.
I booked a room here while working nearby. It was insanely noisy. A combination of noises stopped me from getting much sleep: planes, vehicles and the wind (yes the wind...). It is clean and the price is right but when your working late and getting up early you just want a good sleep and you won't get that here (at least not on the side facing the road). It was extremely windy in the GTA yesterday but I'm going to have to go 2 out of 5 and would not suggest others stay here when other hotels are in the area.
