Comfort Inn Mississauga2.5 out of 5.0

I booked a room here while working nearby. It was insanely noisy. A combination of noises stopped me from getting much sleep: planes, vehicles and the wind (yes the wind...). It is clean and the price is right but when your working late and getting up early you just want a good sleep and you won't get that here (at least not on the side facing the road). It was extremely windy in the GTA yesterday but I'm going to have to go 2 out of 5 and would not suggest others stay here when other hotels are in the area.
Room key NEVER worked so had to get staff to open the door each time. TV remote worked SOMETIMES. Night table lamp flickered ALL the time - had to switch lamps AND then remove one burned out lamp. Breakfast ok Maids did not touch room between first and second day - had to wait 35 minutes for staff (1 person) to bring fresh towels and soaps. Booking elsewhere next time.
We have originally booked 2-queen rooms and requested for adjoining room because of my two children, 15 days before the check in. Front desk staff was very disrespectful and kind of rude. At the time of check in (after our long flight journey almost 22 hours) found that no adjoining rooms available(even though requested for 15 days in advance). She assigned us 2-rooms and a electric room in between, once again we requested her to at least side by side door room but unexpected and very bad respond by the front desk lady. She canceled our rooms and offer us just one room with 2-beds. Rooms and property looks no problem to me but needs to train front desk operator to handle guest with good quality of service. We can not come back again to stay here.
I stayed here recently. The room was clean and roomy. I had a corner room overlooking the car shelter in the front of the hotel, so I could not see much of the parking lot. (I always like to keep an eye on my vehicle). Airplane noise was at a minimum, since the airport normally closes around 10-11 PM local time. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge which was pretty handy. The shower had sufficient water pressure to get a decent shower. Overall i would give this hotel an A !
I stayed in this hotel back in August, and the room was filthy, there were toe nails on the carpet, peach pits, fridge was dusty, and when I complained to front desk they gave me attitude. Even when I switched rooms the other room was still dirty, would never recommend anyone to stay there.
We used reverse Park/sleep and fly. Plus stayed an additional night. I was so happy with the service and cleanliness of this hotel! It was spotless! From the lobby to the halls to the pool, breakfast room and our suite! The beds were amazingly comfortable. Better than home! And the pillow choices was an added bonus. We couldn't figure out the wifi, but we didn't adk for help either. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely!!! For the price, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Thank you to all the staff, especially Pauline!
Arrived at 4:30 p.m. the room was not ready, I had to wait 10 minutes which was a minor inconvenience. Had no view as the façade blocked my view, 120 rooms why they gave me the only one without view I have no idea. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the wifi was ok and the room was clean. Hotel is best for people staying at the airport which is 10 minutes away, I chose it because I couldn't afford the downtown prices. I paid $90 (US) and for the price I had no problem with it
Typical modern hotel, rooms are clean and spacious and have TV, fridge, microwave, free wifi. Quite a distance from the airport although there is a free airport shuttle - but with long waiting time. Breakfast buffet was not great, pretty uninspiring and not much choice. The bed was king size but soft and the in-room AC was very noisy. Probably wouldn't stay here again, better options are available for the same price.
Check in was fast and staff were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. There were different types of pillows presented so you could choose whether you wanted firmer or softer ones - this was a bit of a treat. The included breakfast was somewhat better than most of the breakfasts included with stays and had egg patties, sausage patties, bacon, diy waffles, and a bunch of healthier choices as well. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Nice and quiet. Overall a very good stay. Would return.
We chose this hotel because it was out of downtown Toronto so not as busy of an area or as expensive to stay at. It had continental breakfast, pool and nice comfortable rooms with comfortable beds, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. We stayed there with a family of 4 and it was enough space for us and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay.
