Hubs & I ALWAYS stay at this Radisson when we are in the Toronto area. It's always clean & staff is amazing!! Savi at the front desk is polite & welcoming year after year!! The indoor pool & sauna is wonderful & so relaxing! Best part has always been watching the weddings & birthday parties from a distance (the pool is directly across the hall & opposite end of the building from the doors leading into the grand hall/ballroom). The hotel is also so close to wherever you need/want to be, very much centrally located. I can't recommend this Radisson enough!!

The staff was extremely friendly - no complaints about them at all! However, the room was not the cleanest when I initially arrived, as there were some crumbs, bits, and pieces in random spots. I also found a pair of underwear stuffed in the hair dryer bag (likely was not found, because who would look there?). There was also a night where there appeared to be some arguing outside the hotel, which woke me up in the middle of the night. Not really sure if this is a hotel issue - perhaps more of a surrounding area issue.
