Everything was perfect, I will strongly suggest to have rooms that you can open the windows FOR PEOPLE who are ALLERGIC or having an air interchange in every room will clean the air, the ladies from the restaurant (morning to be precise were super nice and helpful every time we went there. I love the omelets and the waffles :-). Having access to the Go train is just perfect

Super outdated property with outdated rooms and bathrooms. Still has curtain showers and toilet bowls are extremely low. The toiletries in the room were extremely basic. Front desk was not friendly - lobby was basic. There was a cheap dollar store type gift shop - felt like you are staying in a motel. There is a big AC in the room - old and dusty. Super loud compressor noise from outside.

We had a good stay at this hotel except for a few hiccups.. could be cleaner (dusty fixtures and yellowish stained towels); could be quieter (hallway noise and outside garbage collection truck noise very early in the morning) but overall we would stay again when we return to Mississauga, ON.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. Staff was amazing both at the front desk and in the lounge/restaurant. We had a big group and they always gave us amazing service. Room was clean and beds were comfortable but some of the finishes in the bathroom were water damaged and I did see some mould in the shower.
