It was amazing great staff and great location would stay again had an amazing vacation out there in canada very beautiful Experience

Bed setting is too low and room is too clotted with stuff

The service from the staff was great. The front desk answered all of my questions concerning the shuttle service and everything else that I needed. Beautiful restaurant and a nice pool downstairs on the lower level. The room was spectacular, spacious and clean. Great service. Will definitely go again.

Everything works. Once I had weak wifi so I changed room and problem solved, this is room related due to antenna placement, on prior stays it was strong, wifi was best near the door in the bad room. It doesn't get 5 stars because its not plush and the location is in an industrial area. Plenty of free parking, easy access to main highway, airport and Toronto, easy places to eat on the main street. This is not for your honeymoon, but expediency and value. I slept comfortably through the night all times and noise can be any issue either from chatter near the front door by other patrons or staff, or noise from adjacent rooms, particularly when familes stay.

Nice Hotel near airport. Clean. Free Parking. Good stall.

My 4th stay, easy in and out, good rooms and easy access to main highway. Save, well lit, secure area.

The rooms are larger than modern hotel rooms, well appointed for business work, the furniture are all in good order, but most vital, the beds are 5 stars and comfortable, wifi 8 Mbps with good reception on both my stays, and everything is well kept and very clean. A typical room sleeps 4 adults. Climate control keeps it toasty yet not dry the air. The only downside is the location is in an industrial area, its not the area you'd go for a date night or honeymoon. But if you need very comfortable digs near Toronto without Toronto prices or its bad traffic [ you can travel to the city on off hours] this hotel is close to the 401 main highway and access to anywhere in the GTA, if not the airport.

This hotel is a little shabby, but not bad, overall. The main issues we had were the location beside a strip mall with almost no dining options nearby. There was no microwave in the room, but we did have a little fridge. The gym was a failure. The cardio machines were all broken, which was weak. The WiFi was even slower than usual, and the in-room HVAC was extremely noisy. Overall, it was acceptable. Staff was friendly and the room was clean, but I wouldn't stay here unless it was the cheapest option.

A good stay. Very nice staff and service. thanks a lot.

We had a layover and the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly. Great value.

Hotel was clean and easily accessable from the highway.

Clean, easy access to main street and major interstate, large free parking, generously easy to sync 8Mbps wifi, clean well furnished room. Some aged furniture and fixtures in bathroom but everything works. One of few hotels at this class range that have bathrobes. Good amenities but 5/5 for value. Would stay again easily. Slept well like home. Downside is area is in an industrial zone so expect no great views. Very high traffic of clients. Easy access to many restaurants on Dixie, as well as malls and stores.

The shuttle bur, airport to hotel was there when needed. The bus in the am to the airport could have been booked earlier for me. I had a 8:25 am flight with Air Canada to Tampa Florida and had a 6 am pickup. Due the cattle herding concept of passenger treatment at the Toronto airport this obviously did not leave sufficient time for comfortable plane boarding as myself and a couple of others had to scamper to catch the flight. Luckily they held the flight for us. I guess they have the Toronto Airport experience and expect this . My next flight to Ontario will be thru Buffalo airport, much more civilized .

Right off the highway so it was really easy as a stop over location. I thought that I had saw that there was a continental Breakfast which there was not. I think there were two Best Western Plus Hotels close to each other so we happened to pick the wrong one. Otherwise it was nice as a one night stop over on our trip.

Staff were very helpful, professional and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was free which isn't always the case at other hotels near the airport. It was very quiet.

we liked the fact that it was right next to our car rental zoom and we could just drop the car there and take the hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning. we were only there for a few hours and left in the morning.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and accomodating.

Good value for money. Stayed for a family vacation. nice indoor pool.

The hotel was a bit farther than I wanted and the shuttle is only 2 x an hour so you have to be careful. Food was good, price was good only concern was the beer in the bar was expensive. Overall I would recommend.

Lobby was very nice. Older looking pool. Rooms are outdated. Bar tender was nit picky about if there was free breakfast or not. Air conditioning in room was just ok. Air condiotioning 4 th floor was not working
