The Sheraton is great! It is right on the airport premises and so catching our early morning flight was easy peasy. Although there was a short line up at check in, our check in itself was very efficient. The lobby was large and bright and had a comfortable seating area too. Our room, on the third floor faced the LINK rail and it was moderately noisy, not going to lie. The room itself was very clean and nicely appointed. When we tried to turn on the tv, it didn’t work. I called guest services and they promptly arranged for the hotel engineer to come up to our room and within about 10 minutes he sorted out the issue. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Water pressure in the shower was really good and the water was hot! Overall, our experience at the Sheraton was fantastic.

The Staff was lovely! The temperature in the room was 28 when I arrived but I turned it down and it cooled off nicely! Didn’t get the Coffee machine to heat but that’s minor!! Yes- everything was clean! Too expensive but still a good choice.

Breakfast menu okay could be a few smaller choices . Like scrambled eggs and toast. This stay second morning service poor felt invisible. Had unfortunate stay this time as room was too cold and they could not fix so were moved late in evening but understand a one of problem will not deter us staying again.
