Sheraton Gateway Hotel In Toronto International Airport

Stayed. primarily due to airport proximity, a very short overnight so really didn't use facilities much.

I have had both good and marginal experiences! I stay at this location twice a year going to and from Shanghai! Some of the staff are very accommodating and go beyond your expectations while others do not! I think in special circumstances death of a family member, price, availability should be offered at reduced prices since there wasn't time to make a reservation!

The hotel is excellent if you have an early flight out. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent and hotel staff are accommodating. Also, don't forget to take a dip in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi.

Great hotel. Sooo handy for dropping people at airport, was great!!! Everything was so nice, pool and hot tub was great!

Perfect for the early flight. Club floor is ok and overpriced. Proof required (iPad) at front desk that I actually booked and paid for the room through a booking company. Sheridan restaurant has burgers at $25 +.. Dinner for 4 is $200 including a small tip.The price of the 1 night stay plus dinner (burgers) is half the price of my all inclusive 7 day trip for 2 including flights. The parking tab was $22 for 3 hrs my father paid for dropping me off.

Very nice to stay. The rooms were very elegant. Perfect

This hotel is clean, and right in the airport. You can't beat it.

Hotel OK food prices were unreal very expensive Price of food was far more than what we paid for hotel go eat somewhere else

The hotel's location was excellent for an over-night connection with Toronto Pearson airport and the hotel is very pet-friendly. Staff and service was terrific at both the front desk and in the restaurant/lounge. The rooms are pricey but was definitely worth it when travelling with pets, luggage etc.

Very convenient, as within walking distance from the check in. There is also a check in terminal in the hotel lobby, where you can print the boarding ticket. Very quiet and spectacular views of the airplanes ! Clean and comfortable.

The staff was excellent for check in and for the hotel restaurant bar. Our room was clean and comfortable. Acces for the airport makes it a great place to stay.

Located in terminal 3! You do not need to take a shuttle or taxi in the morning! I stay here often when I get in late and have a morning flight! Love the convince!!!

This hotel is very convenient to the terminals at Toronto Airport but there is a much cheaper nice hotel on the airport shuttle train line 1 minute away called Alt which is a much better value. I was put into a room directly adjacent to the elevator and had to move in the middle of the night because it was so loud that i couldn't sleep - in moving me they said they knew the room was loud but some people didn't mind - I think it is unconscious able to put someone in a known loud room to see who will put up with it and who will be bothered enough to move in the middle of the night which was very inconvenient. Bad customer service choice by them.

Great location and staff. Recommend it.if you have business in Toronto. Many restaurants close as well as sports and cultural events.

I was very pleased with the size if the hotel. The room was big enough for three without any problem. Internet was a bit expensive at $15/d.

Hotel is directly connected to the airport - for a overnight layover the convenience is amazing - great gym and pool open 24 hrs.

Decent hotel--rooms were fine. Nothing incredible but if you need to stay in the Toronto airport on a layover, this is a good spot--you don't even need to leave the terminals.

We'd made a reservation at a Sheraton one-half mile from the Toronto airport but were easily able to switch it, for the same price, to the Sheraton on the airport property. This switch was great for us since we'd gotten in later than expected and needed to be back in the airport early the next day. The best parts of the room were the combination of an excellent king bed and how quiet the room was despite the airport light rail system being almost within reach outside the window of our room.

Hotel was exceptionally dirty and dated. Initial room smelled like dirty socks. Subsequent room didn't smell as bad, but both rooms suffered from peeling carpets, mysterious stains on the floors, peeling paint and mold on the bathrooms ceilings. The hotel is exceptionally dated, despite the semi-decent appearance of the common areas. Was offered points upon mentioning these issues, but the bigger issue is that these problems shouldn't need to be mentioned. Certainly not at an average rate of $200 / night.

Arrived on a snowy day and needed to have a meeting in that area so it was very convenient not to have to exit facility and cab to another hotel. Other than that, rooms were very average and bathrooms were below average.
