The Sheraton is great! It is right on the airport premises and so catching our early morning flight was easy peasy. Although there was a short line up at check in, our check in itself was very efficient. The lobby was large and bright and had a comfortable seating area too. Our room, on the third floor faced the LINK rail and it was moderately noisy, not going to lie. The room itself was very clean and nicely appointed. When we tried to turn on the tv, it didn’t work. I called guest services and they promptly arranged for the hotel engineer to come up to our room and within about 10 minutes he sorted out the issue. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Water pressure in the shower was really good and the water was hot! Overall, our experience at the Sheraton was fantastic.

The hotel was noisy . The restaurant was an abomination . More like a cafeteria . Food was awful . Yet they insisted on a reservation on open table and they carried less upon arrival . Expedia should compensate me!

Stayed here the night before an early flight and you truly can’t beat the location. Being this close to the terminal made the morning completely stress-free. Room was comfortable, check-in was smooth, and everything was exactly what we needed for a short overnight stay. If you’re flying out early or arriving late, this is a very convenient option. For the purpose of an airport stay, it does the job perfectly.
