Area has loads of bars and restaurants. Cab definitely see the age at the hotel. We booked a hotel with a balcony as we are smokers. Very disappointed that we could not smoke on balcony. There was no mention of this when booking. Probably wouldnt have booked this hotel if i had known. Hotel staff were livekt and accommodating. DANIELLA our maid was awesome and very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Port Credit location, we had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, the only suggestion would be to provide a roll of paper towels and maybe a tea towel. We had a spill on the counter and grabbed the toilet paper for clean up. The beds were comfortable and the suite was very clean

I liked the fact that the property is literally just beside the like and has a lot of shops as well as restaurants around it that you can explore prior or after exploring the lake. The place has a very nice, relaxing ambiance.

The staff were excellent with prompt and professional help which made my vacation feel 5 *. I felt safe being a lone older woman visitor to Canada and was given lots of tips about the local area for great walks and shopping etc. The views over the Port were amazing. Our hotel room didn’t have heating. When we walked into the room, it felt like a freezer. Even after turning the AC off, the room never warmed up to a point that we felt comfortable. I tried calling the front desk that night to request an extra blanket, but no one picked up. I called again in the morning requesting the blanket and an extra cup for coffee (there was only one in the room). They said they would send them, but they didn’t. This place didn’t feel like a hotel, but an old apartment property repurposed as a hotel, and lacking the right amenities. We ended up checking out a day earlier than we had booked and finding a different place.

Terrible place

Hotel is very tired. Staff only do the minimum and appear uninterested. Given they have no bar or restaurant, you would think they’d at least provide coffee in the lobby.
