The room was clean and as advertised. Staff were all very kind and helpful. All requests to the room were sent up very quickly. Very bright, wonderful view of the harbour, quiet area. Lovely balcony to enjoy a coffee on in the morning. Will be returning.

Mostly good for a first visit! The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great for the proximity to the city and the airport. (About a 25 minute drive to Pearson). The room decor, although not shabby - is straight out of the 1980s. I had specifically asked for a suite with a washer and I got it - complete with an “Out of Order” sign. My first attempt to check in a few hours early was met with a sharp rule reading of check in times and failure to request an early check in.
