One of the Worst Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The moment I turned on the air conditioner in the room, it released a strong cigarette smell that made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The room didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained, and the general environment gave off a neglected vibe. Even the corridors were warm and poorly ventilated, with no air conditioning, which only added to the discomfort. I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many different hotels, but this was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

If you are expecting a Delta like the one downtown Toronto, this is not it. Overall ok hotel, but nothing to wow you or rexommmnd to a friend. Parking fees are expensive when a few blocs down you have thousands of free parking at the square mall, no directions, or recommendation from staff. Didn’t even see any amenities. Cleanliness was initially higher, but once in the shower that rating went down. The carpet needs to go. Positive it was a quiet hotel. There’s potential, and many things could help improvement traveller experience.

Wonderful Stay.

Our experience at this hotel was really excellent and comfortable and feel like it’s our second home.. but overall it was excellent and relaxing and even the staff was friendly. Definitely will come back.
