The complimentary airport transfer was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good: Everything was clean and in great condition. Breakfast is really good, even includes yogurt. Bad: Wifi wasn't working. Had to wait almost an hour at the airport for the airport shuttle. Toiletries were very basic.

Initially room appeared cleaned but upon further inspection it wasn’t. Room was extremely dusty and well as having toenail clippings all over the floor. Also housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room. When I returned from my day @4pm I called the front desk to ask if they were coming and was told housekeeping was gone for the day They did apologize but still, the hotel wasn’t full and northerlies was my floor. There was no real excuse for this.

Only elevator is under repair, which is hard for senior climb up third floor. They clalm it is informed in web, but who reads fine letter. Also, the night desk clerk is rather un-frienly. May be a little more training helpful.

This hotel was basically the only option for a short stay before my flight (few other available hotels were too expensive) and I did not expect much. However, the room was very nice with a confortable bed, the location was good (several restaurants in walking distance, a few fast food places open 24 hrs) and I was allowed to stay for an extra hour as my flight was later in the day. Breakfast was basic but had everything needed - oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, croissants, cereals, hard boiled eggs, jams, etc. - no cold cuts or cheeses (except cream cheese), but I wasn’t expecting it. There is a small gym. The staff was pleadant. I would stay here again.

We reserved multiple rooms for a recent family trip. During our stay the hotel and parking lot were under renovation so I can overlook the inconveniences that may cause. The rooms (and the premises in general) are clean and newly done, which makes for a nice enough stay. However once you look past the glitz of a newly renovated hotel, you can see that the attention to detail is somewhat lacking. For example, the room design is a bit weird. For starters, the bed is leaning flush against the air conditioner so the air is blowing directly on you uncomfortably. Even a simple detail as hooks/towel racks in the bathroom was missed. The lack of luggage carts was inconvenient for a large party as ours, especially since the elevators weren’t yet operational. The service could have been a bit better as well. Our beds had no sheets (after servicing) and one of our pillows (and the pillow case) was stained but they wouldn’t switch the pillow out. Our toilet wasn’t working properly and rather than having someone take a look at it, they just brought up a plunger and told us to look into it. Individually these may seem relatively innocuous, but that’s a lot of issues for a short stay. All said, this is decent location, ideal for business travelers or tourists who don’t mind staying a half hour outside of Toronto (if that is their destination).

Please accept our apology as cleanliness is one of our priorities and we try our best to maintain a certain standard to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their stay. We are equally disappointed that you found your accomodations not up to standards. Unfortunately our housekeep does leave before 4pm and they do service the rooms unless told otherwise or there is the DND sign on the door.
