Food was consistent good. More variety would help boosting. Staff are great. We did have a few nights of hearing noises from the room next to us. Maybe better sound proof so it doesnt disturb the other guests.

There’s about eight USB ports in the room, but only one was working. Elevator is questionable, it makes a ton of noise when you’re in it and it stops randomly. The AC is very loud. Overall, if you just need a hotel for a quick stay for a night it’s fine but anything longer there are better options for the price

The air conditioner was face level and only blew full force or nothing. When I attempted to get help at the front desk, they never answered. It was unbearable to stay there so I checked out a few hours after I checked in. When I was checking out, the front staff didn’t even inquire why I was checking out so soon after I checked in. I will be asking for a refund.
