Overall, the service was good, the room and the bathroom were spacious with large windows. However, the light in the room didn't work well and the bathroom sink was broken, but we enjoyed our stay.

I was asked what time I would need a shuttle back to the airport when I arrived. I had not solidified plans for the following day so I was told to let the staff know an hour prior to needing the shuttle. The next morning I asked for the shuttle at 7:30 ish only to learn that the first shuttle was not going to arrive until 10am. We ended up having to call a taxi. When we asked if the desk could arrange one for us for a specific time, we came down ready to leave only to find the call had never been made.

Über drivers (x3) could not locate it, property’s dirty and rickety, room was dirty and felt unsafe. Took approx 5mins for warm/hot water to run. The photos are very misleading. $200/night is unreasonable.

Hotel drawn up in a slipshot kind of way. Paint with runs, spots on the wall and floor. Hard to figure out whether it’s clean or not. Front staff says that the hotel pricing is indexed to airport volume. No breakfast, no restaurant, no ordinary amenities. Not worth anymore than 80 dollars.

Value was good. The room was large and clean. Other areas of the hotel were a bit run down. But overall worth the price. Issues included not answering the phone when calling for the shuttle. But it is walking distance from Terminal 3 provided you don’t have luggage. Iron didn’t work and ironing board was broke.
