the room was small, outdoor parking was ridiculously expensive on top of the room fee. No Fan or ventilation in bathroom. Restaurant service was very slow

hardly slept because of air conditioner. when i complained the next morning, there was only an apology and no compensation offered. bush league.

The room was designed for handicap which made it quiet spacious but the rest of the experience was just bizarre. It looks like no one ever stayed at that room. I paid for at least queen size bed but received two kids size beds which I was tempted to join together to be able to fit. The phone didn't work so I had to call the service desk and room service from my cell phone. Although I told them about phone not functioning, no one did anything about it. I stayed in the room 128 but the number on phone was 517. The bathroom drain was at the highest point so the water would just run all over instead of draining properly. The furniture looked like it was picked from a nomad's yard sale. I took some pictures of this misery but its a shame they can't be uploaded here. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had.

near to tje airport and off airport rental car pickup location. Staffs are nice and helpfull. Anyway,it worth what you paid

Hotel was nice good for business conference & stay 2 nights

Great experience, steps from airport, great staff. The pool area is great !!!!

My flight from Toronto airport was cancelled due to bad weather. I needed to make an emergency reservation at this hotel in the late evening hours. What a surprise! Not only was the hotel close to the airport but it was clean and offered a full service restaurant that was open until midnight. The sleeping room itself was small but functional. All in all my stay was a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay that is close to the Toronto airport.

Hotel rooms seemed kind of dated however everything was clean and simple. Will go back again

Location was perfect...room was clean..it was nice experience..

I will stay here agian in the future for transition.

Very nice and clean hotel. The price was good but it did not include breakfast and they charge for parking in thier own lot! $12 a night. Room service was good and fast. No in-room refigerator, but it had an in-room safe.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, in particular Dana at the front desk , were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I only planned to stay one night to catch up an early flight. The hotel is really good and the room was clean. The shuttle service to airport was wonderful. It would be better if breakfast was included :)

You get what you pay for! I was in need of a room for one night and decided to splurge the extra $20 for what looked like a nice hotel. I'm so glad I did: I have a new favorite hotel near the airport! The staff was superb, the room was large and clean, and the room service breakfast was delicious (as well as affordable). Plus it was centrally located to every major road I needed! The only complaint would be the same as any hotel that close to the airport: there is some plane noise, but it's not as bad as you would expect for being on top of the tarmac. Definitely a must stay!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms we're ok. The bathroom was extremely small though.

Perfect location. Shuttle came quickly Breakfast was excellent.

The layout is pretty neat. The rooms open either to the outside, or on the central part of the building. There are catwalks connecting little sitting areas. I needed to get some work done, and I hate being in the room, it was nice to find a little nook to work. But the center core is wide open. There weren't many other people there so it was nice and quiet. If there was a rowdy family reunion, that would have been another story. On the other hand, the layout would make for a nice family reunion (if you're part of the family). The documentation in the room had a menu for the restaurant. But it was closed. The bartender said that one of the cooks had quit. That was disappointing, because I had to go out to get food and bring it back. I wanted a glass of wine after my Big Mac, it was served in a plastic cup.. that was a little low budget.

Overall I thought the hotel was sufficient for its price. I really liked the ergonomic chair and the well-lit room. They provided just enough toiletries. However, I expected more amenities to be available like a refrigerator, and a data port. Also, it would nice if the heater wasn't so loud too.

smooth experience to get in an out of airport. good food and service

My husband and I initially chose this hotel because it was out of the city, affordable, but not "cheap", had a pool and restaurant. This was all important because we had our 2 year old and 7 year old and my mother. We had 2 rooms for 4 days. Since we were away from the hotel for the majority of each day, we stayed. If we had planned to be in the hotel for the better part of the day, we would have tried to change hotels. The restaurant was really expensive, but that was to be expected. The food and drinks were fine. There is a free bottle of water per day in your room, which is nice. The pool water was frigid even though outside tempreatures were in the high 80s F. Our 2-year old was shaking violently with cold after 20 minutes of play in the pool. THe 7 year old lasted 35 minutes before voluntarily getting out. On a positive note, the pool artea and grassy atrium near the pool was a nice place to get outside even though the hotel is in the airport area. Airplanes land near the hotel, and it was fun to interact with locals parked along the road watching the planes. Our room was not very clean when we arrived. The bedspreads were visibly soiled, and the light switches, door jams, uphulstered chairs and doors had coffee and other (unidentifiable) stains on them. Everything was cleaned and replaced the next day, but we had to stay in the room the first night because no one was available to clean once we cheked in after 9 p.m., and the hotel was packed. This forced me to spray disinfectant on everything and not allow my children to sit on anything. After the clean up the room was fine, even if the beds were a bit uncofortable. The staff was friendly overall, and the lobby decorations and free wifi were very nice. The hotel provided us a free shuttle to the airport each day, which allowed us to access public transportation into Toronto with ease, and without a long wait.
