Good option near the airport

Great and reasonable price hotel close to the airport. Their shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get to/from the airport.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was lots of noise from the room beside us at 10:30 pm. We switched rooms and were woken at 6am by kids laughing, talking and slamming the door. Not a good stay....

Lobby is nice and fresh. Good location near the airport. Quick check in and noce welcome. The room, not as expected or shown on the pictures. Tight, outdated furniture, bathroom door is not really a door just a cover, zero noise isolation from the bathroom, something not acceptable at all. The window is facing a bunch of other rooms literally 3 meters away and you cannot open the curtains…

It’s good in a pinch. The facilities are dated - which would be fine if they were kept clean. Stains on the walls, hairs left everywhere. The pool was scummy. Bugs and eyelashes on the pool deck. The smell of cologne permeated the lobby, elevators and hallway. The staff were friendly, and I’m sure work hard, but need better standards.

I was surprised to see the age of the property when I arrived. I had chosen a Sheraton property from several previous visits in other locations. The lobby area was nice and modern however the room was very small with an extremely small bathroom. The pool area had dirty bandaids on the floor with our first night stay filled with towels to the second night stay with the same bandaids on the floor and no towels whatsoever. We had asked the front desk staff for two towels twice before arriving. We were downtown seeing a Blue Jays game and had arrived back to the hotel after 11pm to see the restaurant/room service was closed for food and drinks. There were snacks available in the lobby for a premium fee. The property had several cigarettes on the ground in both the front entrance and back patio. No butt stations found anywhere.
