This was a last minute booking following a flight cancellation so my expectations were not high! However I can heartily recommend the Four Points and would book there again if I ever have a planned stopover at Pearson. The check in staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed great service from Zara and delicious food and a very welcome beer flight after what was a very long day. Very conveniently located too with a free shuttle which made the following days red eye experience non problematic! The room was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. Happy to recommend this hotel very strongly!

Wasn’t the cleanest, baseboards were dusty. Dated furnishings and small awkward room. They charge you $24 per person for a continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

The clerk was excellent, efficient, quick for us. It was a busy night with a snow storm in Toronto and they were completely sold out which introduced some unhappy people but he was polite, multitasking all over the place and never lost his cool, even when under the pressure of unhappy people. Rooms are good enough for the price point.
