staff are rude and abrupt. they don't smile or make eye contact. Possibly poor management, because they all looked unhappy. The room is very outdated. The tub in the middle of the room is uncomfortable along with the mirrors surrounding it. I can only imagine what has happened there ;) The bed was HORRIBLE. I tossed and turned. Woke up in pain. The hotel is kind of on the outskirts, so prepare to walk a lot. The subway was close by. Walk through the parking lots and its right there. Less than 10 mins. So that was nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for sleep or comfort.

The hotel itself was clean, easy to find and rooms very comfortable. Staff were helpful and efficient. The only thing negative was the breakfast. Breakfast was included in the price and described as an enhanced breakfast on line. But for more than toast and cereal, the enhanced part, it was and additional $8 and the coffee was cold.

Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. One thing to fix in 501 is the shower faucet as it kept falling to extreme hot. Just needs to be tightened. Cleanliness of the room was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you and we will be back for another great stay!
