I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past three years and always returned because of the consistently good service. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was a complete disappointment. The room fell far short of “executive” standards: the sheets had an unpleasant odor, the bed was uncomfortable, and even though I wasn’t near the elevator, I could hear it running throughout the night. When I checked out on September 25, 2025, the front desk agent seemed uninterested in my concerns and rushed me through the process, showing little regard for my obvious disappointment. To make matters worse, when I went to the lobby restaurant for a quick breakfast, the host was rude, dismissive, and in a very poor mood, which he made no effort to hide. After years of loyalty, this experience has left me so dissatisfied that I will be choosing a different hotel for all future business trips to Toronto. Unfortunately, this property has lost a loyal guest.
