We couldn't get an early check-in and in fact, the suite was not ready until 20 minutes after check-in at 4pm. However, staff provided us with free drink/snack.

The hotel is fairly old, the elevator is a bit rickety. However, the room that we had was updated, clean and the air conditioning worked great. We did not use the amenities except breakfast. It was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Overall a great price for this hotel. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel but very loud stay

This hotel was lovely, it was clean, staff helpful, I really enjoyed that the suite had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dish soap, cloths, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. We recently stayed at another Suites style hotel that was missing all these extras and they really do make a difference in your stay. Continental breakfast was good. Just want to warn other potential guests that there is a convention centre across the street from this hotel that was BLASTING, and I do mean blasting, loud bass until 1 am on a Sunday night. It was so loud that our vehicle was vibrating when we entered the hotel parking lot, my kids were terrified by how loud it was when we got out of the car, and we could feel the vibrations in our beds until 1 am and we weren't even on the side closest to the convention centre. Hotel staff tried to get police to shut it down to no avail. This really did impact our sleep (despite 3 white noise machines) and while it's no fault of the hotel, future guests should be aware.

The room looks so good however its not that clean, the floors were untidy with glitters and hair strands, we requested for cleaning the next day but seems that no vacuum cleaning happened and not all the towels are changed.

Everything with this place was absolutely perfect. I stayed here for about a week and my room had everything I needed to satisfy my stay in Toronto. They also offer great quality complementary breakfast that varies every morning, which was absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and the property features various amenities included with your stay. The area is also perfect for shopping, food, and transportation to the GTA. I 100% recommend this place for people looking to stay in Toronto, and I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit!

Great Place To Stay!

From check in to check out everything was great! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour bbq were amazing, the room was spotless and the beds super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
