We enjoy our stay at the vaughan hotel. Staffs are very kind and friendly especially the filipina lady at the front desk. Room is clean and the breakfast/buffet is also good, we love the egg omelette it was 100/10. So creamy and tasty. Sad thing they don’t have laundy area yet but overall it was excellent. Must recommend and probably go back again soon just want to say Thank so much for the exceptional customer service. 🙂

The hotel is new and quite clean. The rooms although small made good use of space. My only complaint is I stayed in a king room and the traffic noise outside was really loud. Normally, I would use the fan option on the heat/air conditioner to help drown out the vehicle noise. I was unable to figure it out and the staff, when I called, had no idea either except for me to talk to housekeeping who wasn’t there at night - no help to me - this was disappointing.
