Great location. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Amazing Hotel staffs!! Especially Stefan! He is very professional, warm, kind and friendly! We had encountered a little hiccups during our stay, Christin was able to help promptly. Stefan went out his way to check on me and my elderly parents and helping us immediately. We will definitely recommend staying this hotel!

Great place to stay in Markham

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff in all capacities were friendly, nice and helpful. Loved that the Ruth Chris is right there and the Draco restaurant as well. I am so glad we got breakfast included (Draco). The meals were great. I would certainly stay here again as the service level was to my expectation.
