It was a good hotel for a quick stay. However, we were staying on the fourth floor and could hear the children running from the room above us all night. Further, some of the floor tiles were broken in the bathroom and we advised the front desk. We were told someone would come to look at it but no one came... but overall it was okay and met our needs.

The hotel was in excellent condition. The rooms were cleaned every day. Staff were excellent. I loved the architecture and the fountains of the hotel. I didn’t like the breakfast menu to be honest. I also didn’t like the location so much. Limited transportation but you could still get around easly.

Came to check in at 7 pm to be told our room wasn’t ready…asked to wait another 30mins before we could check in…internet system was down so they couldn’t collect our damage deposit…an hour or so after checking in while enjoying our jacuzzi room had to go back down to the front deck to pay the deposit when the internet was restored
