Welcoming staff at check-in. Older venue but extremely well maintained. Every other day housekeeping policy unless instructed for daily. Spacious room for 3 people and competitively priced during 3 night weekday stay. Bathroom a bit cramped though. Liked the large table and tv interface. Beds more on the plush side for comfort level. Rotating breakfast with several hot items to get you going before exploring Toronto. Always seen personnel present to keep items filled. I did not use pool or fitness room while there. Parking lot does get full but appear more spaces with adjacent hotel. Location was ideal for what we needed but entering/exiting premises was tricky until you figure it out. Overall accommodating stay and would recommend.

Very noisy on weekends. The hotel fills with kids and sports teams, and you will hear shouting, screaming, singing, and dancing at all hours — 8pm, 11pm, 1am, even 3am. Do not expect to sleep. On weekends, the hotel feels more like a dorm than a place to rest. We had a terrible experience. During the week, however, it was a regular, typical Hampton and much quieter.

The stuff is polite and the hotel is very clean. I took off a star because there was no drawer in the room to put in my cloths. Another thing would be that the fan in the bathroom runs constantly, producing an irritating humming noise. There is no way to turn ot off.
