This was a nice, clean hotel with a great overall stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. A few areas could be improved. The shower did not work on arrival, and it took maintenance about two hours to fix it, which was inconvenient. The TV only has basic cable with limited channels, so bringing a device to connect for Netflix or other streaming is highly recommended. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. On the positive side, the airport shuttle service was reliable when arranged properly — I suggest calling ahead as soon as you land to ensure timely pickup. The return trip to the airport went smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience with minor issues. With fully functioning amenities upon check-in, it would be excellent.

Arrived during the snow storm, the parking lot was not clear, parking was none existent. The reason for choosing this hotel was for the 24 hour shuttle to the airport, however our group missed the breakfast due to lack of availability of different times for the shuttle. Extra was paid for 4 people in one room, however a couple decided to get their own room. No refund given, especially since breakfast was not an option. One room the water consistently ran, another room the shower did not work so they had to be moved to another room. The person at the front desk really did not seem interested in being there, was not helpful.

The unsolicited wake up call we got at 3:50am really upset me. We were told to be downstairs at 4:25am for a shuttle. We never said we needed a wake up call or reminder and we got two. Really annoying when you have a limit of how much sleep you can get between flights. Also staff working the desk was rude on the phone when I called to confirm our reservation. If you just need a bed for a night this is fine, but otherwise poor noise control between rooms and the sink and tub and toilet were all damaged in some form and it just felt gross, so not for long term stays.

Paint falling off ceilings. Bathroom light not working. Unfixed holes in the walls. Paint so bad that it looked like a jail cell. Work up at 8am to door being opened and banging against lock system. Cleaning staff wanted to know when we would be out. Checkout time for us was noon. Very rude cleaning man. Cold air blowing in around very noisy heater that ran all night. Very poor maintenance. Maintenance on our room in Cuba was way better than this. Breakfast was good and coffee was good.

All I could smell inside and out of the hotel was pot. The hallway walls need an upgrade, water stains, and peeling wallpaper. Room was good. Remote didn’t work , but the buttons on the side did. The pillows are terrible. I got the room for $110.00, got what I expected. Staff was friendly.
