Thought I had booked for a specific night but when I went to check in was informed it was for the following night they never offered me a refund nor if i would be interested for booking a different date. Tried reaching out and got no communication back what so ever.

Needs repairs. Renovations half done, looks like homemade renovations or from unqualified workers. Maintenance room door and room service door wide open, super junky looking. Stained carpets, wall paper peeling. Bad workmanship in the room, wall paper ripped on one side then nice new shower and door painted half half and paint smeared on trim. I moved the bedside table to plug in my charger...well...nevermind what was behind there...wall all dirty, etc. Looks like a lived in apt. Unit. Pictures are not reflective of reality. Stained carpet in hall. We booked a room with a living room and did not use it...furniture looked gross and filthy. Hope no bed bugs. Staff are friendly and professional though.

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The pillows were as hard as rocks. The shuttle to the airport is great but one of the drivers is very ignorant and not helpful at all. The breakfast was ok.

The staff was really nice - 5 stars for them The bathroom needs to be renewed. The ceeling is full of stains and the flush of the toilet needs to be improved as well

Beds were super comfy, room and bathroom were clean. Although it's a bit outdated, they appear to be doing some renovations; the flooring seemed new in spots. The food at breakfast was always good and plentiful. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle a few times just for getting to public transportation and they were always helpful with organizing that. Even though that is not the intention of the transportation, if there was room we were able to use it
