I arrived on the 9th of May at 8:20pm, I waited nearly an hour for a shuttle bus to the hotel and the attendant on duty when I arrived at almost 10:00pm was very rude and obnoxious, I did not appreciate that. They also ran my card again for an additional security deposit which was a very strange procedure.

quiet location, close to express way it is convenience to stay few days close to airport with shuttle bus to pick up.

DURING COLD WEATHER HEATING SYSTEM NOT GOOD. HOT WATER FOR SHOWER IS A BIG PROBLEM.HALL WAYS DULL PUNGENT SMELL AND ASSOCIATED SMOKING SMELL.BREAK FAST IS VERY GOOD.

This was just a quick stop so not much to say about it. Breakfast was good.

Great new facility. Friendly staff. Quality free breakfast. free shuttle to airport. Free parking right near your room. easy access to Toronto downtown.

As a traveller from Hong Kong, this hotel is acceptable ONLY if you have your own car but close location to the airport (10-15 min drive). Staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Free shuttle buses were provided to the Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) hourly, but getting to the downtown is a big problem to me because you can either take free shuttle bus to the airport then find your own transportation (i.e. UP Express) to the downtown, or ask the hotel staff to book a taxi to the nearest Kipling TTC Subway Station for you which cost you around CAD$30, or take 2 different buses (No.2, 5) to the downtown which is wasting my time.

The staff was so helpful. Best one ever! Bed was so comfortable too. My husband and I slept really well. They had a good deal for parking! Great stay!!!!

Like holiday in express, good value for the money. Would recommend for business and casual travel.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights. It was very easy to get to the airport and also sight seeing.

Hotel is very dated and needs some upgrading. Carpets in hallways were filthy and some furniture in the room had stains. Lacking a hot tub or pool of any sort. Have stayed at other Holiday Inns that are far better. King sized beds without having to upgrade and patio doors are a bonus but rooms are quite small.

I was there for 2 nights. The room was clean and location is convenient. Overall very good stay

Closed with airport with complimentary suttle bus service. And the free breakfast was deliecius. And the staffs are kind to us.

Room 529 has some water leak on the carpet so the room felt dampted.

Clean, free parking, and free breakfast. Not close to anything. With all the construction it took 30 minutes to get into toronto.

The beds are 4 star so if you're not looking for hotel bars and dining amenities this is perfect at half the price of the more expensive hotels. Breakfast is included. Just a note: food handlers should be wearing gloves at all times when touching food. Politeness over efficiency should be part of training. It was the only place service was a little rough around the edges.

This hotel doesn't have a pool or game room for the kids but the rooms smell and look clean, the staff is helpful and the location is close to highway and near many dining options.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. All was as advertised, and value for the money was great. Would definitely stay there again. While near the airport, we heard zero noise from any planes - most surprising.

Arrived for my stay very late at night and was picked up at the airport by their complimentary shuttle. Room was wonderful. The next morning I needed to figure out a rental car and my next destination. After a great breakfast, the staff helped me with this finding a good car at a good price. I will return.

our stay at the hotel was good.Overall it was good, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean too.The only thing that they can improve is the breakfast .

This is very close to the airport, but not noisy. It takes about 30 minutes to Toronto downtown. The room and breakfast was pretty good.
