The staff was very friendly. Did not like that we were told to be at Post 13 but beware there are two Quality Inn without a few minutes so memorize the correct address and verify it with your driver. They are both Post 13 …..lucky…..I think not

The staff was super friendly and efficient. They offered free shuttle to and from the airport. It’s an older hotel that has been tastefully renovated. The bed was comfort. The room was clean and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would recommend for the price

Just a quick overnight-very comfortable room and especially the beds. The bathroom unfortunately needs work. It looks like the rest of the hotel is undergoing some renovations. Our shower was loose from the wall and leaking-stains in the tub. Minor repairs in the rest of the room did not look very professional. Just needs a little TLC

Waited 25 min for the first shuttle which was full. Was told 25 min for the second. It didn’t show. Called again and was told another 40 min. Ended up paying $50 for a cab ride after 140 min waiting. The shuttle was the only reason we picked the hotel. I wont book it again. Very unhappy with the service.

Quality in the Quality Inn and Suites
Jade and Harri were very professional and helpful. These exceptional front desk personnel made my checkin efficient and swift. Jade showcased exceptional skills and met all my expectations as a guest. I wont be surprised seeing her as manager in the bear future. I would encourage lodgers to always seek the Quality Inn and Suites due the excellent staff and exceptional service available.

We asked for a duvet cover for sanitary purposes because this was the first hotel bed we’ve ever slept in not to have one. The person at the front desk told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves because he claimed he was working alone. Then we go downstairs to find 2 employees at the front desk with neither willing to help. He hands over 4 sets of flat sheets and 3 of them were stained, dirty or had hairs on them. It was disgusting. This has to be the worst service ever!

The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. It would be great if night desk staff could give more help for finding the shuttle pick up point from inside the terminal. When you arrive in the middle of the night, there aren't always airport security around to ask. The hallways of the hotel were especially dirty which seems surprising. Perhaps construction? Vacuum broken? The room was comfortable, and the breakfast adequate. Good value.
