A last minute stay due to Air Canada flight cancelled due to weather. Had a shuttle for the airport which was great. Option to purchase breakfast buffet in am and it was SO WORTH IT! Delicious options not your regular run of the mill continental breakfast. Had a pool and gym for use. Was great to sign into Netflix on room tv to catch up on things I was watching at home. Has a restaurant in it as well for dinners with good food and nice staff like Krish. Only negative was the bed pillows. Had four of them but very uncomfortable. They should consider getting different ones.

Staff was great. The room and pool were basic. I chose this hotel because the pool Looked huge and the rooms looked nice however, once checked in the rooms were the same as a quality in or any other basic room. The pool was very small and we never even went in. Very underwhelming hotel. Choose something closer and cheaper to the airport.

I was not happy as I was provided wrong information upon check in. At check in I was asked if I was a Marriott bonvoy member I would be awarded points for my stay. I said I was however I did not have information on hand and the guest agent said even if I provide the information at check out, it would added and I would get my points. Upon check out I provided the information and the guest agent said, unfortunately I will not get any points as it was booked through a third party. My question is if that was the case, why was I told that I would get the points. Another piece of miscommunication upon checknin was I was told that Breakfast was included and was told the time however next morning when I confirmed with the guest agent,she said breakfast was not included and we have to pay separately. This whole check in process was a bad experience. Stay was comfortable though. Room was good and check out was okay.
