A last minute stay due to Air Canada flight cancelled due to weather. Had a shuttle for the airport which was great. Option to purchase breakfast buffet in am and it was SO WORTH IT! Delicious options not your regular run of the mill continental breakfast. Had a pool and gym for use. Was great to sign into Netflix on room tv to catch up on things I was watching at home. Has a restaurant in it as well for dinners with good food and nice staff like Krish. Only negative was the bed pillows. Had four of them but very uncomfortable. They should consider getting different ones.

Overall decent hotel, however whenever I would ask for more towels they would negotiate with me or decline me because they already had given me two. If I’m paying to stay at a hotel and i request more towels I don’t need to beg for it, they would argue with me back n fourth and be hesitant to give me towels like the reception was the towel police or something. It was so weird that i just started asking for more towels just to annoy them :)

It was 8 km from airport. Not 2 or 3 as stated. We waited an hour for pick up. Finally took a cab. 48.00 later. We had a room for pet. It stunk so bad and improperly cleaned. I have stayed in a lot of pet rooms. But never bothered me Would not stay again
