Close to Park N Fly. Just minutes to the airport. Great choice if you've got an early morning flight.

The property was in the midst of a rehab in the lobby. it really was a mess. I had to travel through the basement to get to the North tower . I understand remodeling and there was nothing they could probably do with this however, I would have liked to know prior to me staying there. I had just come in from an 9 hour plane ride from Europe and had 2 large bags. The room was very nice however...

very clean property close to the airport with free shuttle. minor construction going on near the front desk

This is probably THE worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The room was dark with two small lamps on each side of the bed and one lamp in the corner that wasnt large enough to light up the room. There was not a fitted a sheet on the bed, but a flat sheet they used to tuck under as a fitted sheet. The Hotel was too cheap to purchase real duvet cover, so the comforter is in between two flat sheets, which means the comforter comes out of the sheets while you are sleeping. ... Disgusting- because we all know those comforters are not washed regularly. The water went ice cold in the middle of my shower at 1:30 am. The staff's response was did you run the sink for a couple of minutes- Umm, like No! How would i know to do that!. The staff at the check in and check out counter was slight rude. The bartenders in the restaurant WERE rude. When i asked for a refund of a can of Coke that was 4.00 (i saw it was in the convenient store for 1.50), the bartender became super annoyed, with an attitude and made me wait 20 minutes. When i asked another bartender if he could refund it, he told he he didnt know if i even paid for it... Like REALLY! im really trying to steal 4.00 flipping dollars!!!. Wifi is not free- which that is pretty much a standard wherever you stay now. I was charged 25 a night for parking, but soon realized anyone can park in the lot. The best part of the stay was the gym. It was large and very clean. Wont stay here again.

Very difficult to find lights in the dark when entering the room.

Location was clean and tidy. Recommend this location!

Great friendly staff. Loved it. I would return anyday

I was disappointed to find that because I booked the room via Orbitz I was unable to get the benefit of free WiFi as a Hilton Honors Silver Member.

Room was not what we had booked, staff was unfriendly and room was in awful condition. Will definitely not stay there again. And they blamed Orbitz

Was warm in the rooms had two rooms both the AC didn’t work well

Convenient, clean hotel, very close to airport. Nice restaurant in the lobby, good gym, and handy round the clock shuttle service.

We decided to book this hotel as we would be staying here another night in December. The front line was abrupt and not friendly at all. It was like you were bothering them checking in.

Really disappointed in this experience. This is the second time we have stayed at this location.... and it seems that since the hotel was booked thru Royal Bank Travel....you are treated second class. We were assigned a room in the basement... It was for one night so we just put up with it. Although I am a "Hilton Member" the front desk makes a point to tell you that you are not eligible for the perks as the booking was made via RB Travel. No bottle of water and no warm cookies....
