Actually pretty good. Room was clean. Breakfast is a voucher at connected restaurant Denny's. Lounge bar, I had the Steak Sandwich one night and it was great! Service with a smile. Pool was good, but hot tub was only warm.

Room was clean. Teenage daughter and 5 other people were stuck on the elevator for 10 minutes between floors. When I mentioned this on check out they stated “usually when that happens they make a note” indicating this is a reoccurring issue. Fire alarms went off multiple times on last morning and we walked down 12 floors with other guests to have no one let us know what was going on. Staff continued vacuuming without a care in the world.
