Shabby torn chair, sink plugged

The staff was very friendly. But we went for the pool and slide and slide was closed. There was nothing on there website saying it was closed. When we got off the elevator go to our room it smelt like weed and there was was a staff member with a walkie-talkie and sitting on a chair observing a room. It felt sketchy walking past to ho to our room.

Love it ! Will recommend it and will come back if in Toronto!

I like this hotel, their service and rooms are good. Only the room service and room cleaners are not good at all. Really frustrating

The property was dirty and reeked of mildew and filth in numerous areas. Multiple leaks from the ceiling in hallways and lobby restaurant, with dripping water everywhere. Numerous utensils, plates, and trash left on the floor in hallways for multiple days. Inadequate parking with an awkward setup. Very run-down considering the price. Room described as "Executive King Suite" was tiny and cramped, even for one person. Lobby restaurant food was terrible and caused digestive issues. Lobby restaurant was understaffed and poorly equipped. Staff was very polite, but this did not make up for the overall poor experience.

Everything was great except the bed/pillows. Had an awful sleep due to being too hot and uncomfortable.

Gorgeous rooms…friendly staff

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Lobby was clean and spacious. Lobby bar was nice for a night cap. No washrooms on the lobby floor except at the Denny's and they were very badly taken care of. Shuttle was on time and really friendly operators. Only about 5 minutes longer than being directly on the siprot strip, so not a big deal. Hotel has covered parking if you are leaving your car or truck while you are on vacation and it's easily accessible from the hotel. very nice perk in the middle of winter! good value for the money. I would recommend this hotel.
