The hotel is undergoing renovations. My room was not one of those renovated and it looked neglected, like nothing had been well looked after, pending the upgrades. There was no mention of this on the hotel website, and I would have booked elsewhere had I known. I will say that the staff were good, and I appreciated the airport shuttle.

Tub wouldnt drain. Bathroom towels were threadbare. Rug in the main room was dirty. Beds were comfortable but this Hampton was definitely not up to the standards of other Hamptons I have stsyed at.

I left Hampton/Hilton Honors aboyt 7 years ago over an incident where even though I called at 7pm after just landing and advising we woulkd be there at 10pm, opun arrival we werre told they didn't have a room for us. They either overbooked lick airlines used to or gave our room away although already paid for. Anyway they did nothing, thanks to Expedia getting involved, they rebooked us and covered the extra cost. Hampton at that time had the best hotel free breakfast on the hotel market. I can say now they have the worst.
