Overall the stay was nice for our 24 hours in Toronto. We enjoyed the King’s suite two televisions in the sitting area and bedroom which is convenient. However, the jets in tub weren’t clean so we didn’t feel comfortable turning them on, which was unfortunate because we wanted to take advantage of this perk. The breakfast area was entirely too small for a hotel of this size. Maneuvering around people and the limited seating was inconvenient. The same applies for the pool and gym area. Lastly, there was only one working elevator, inconvenient yes, but I’m sure this will be fixed soon.

Make sure you read the fine print with these folk.

My flight got cancelled due to a storm. I contacted them and they were unwillingness to canceled or reschedule my booking. Note my flight was cancelled after we were just about to board the flight. I explained that to the staff and they just stuck to that they cant do anything becuase it was a non refundable booking. My intent was to stay and due to the pilot crew working overtime they cancelled the flight. The customer service sucks. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. These organizations are billion dollar companies that can't help families in need.

Rate was reasonable although we didn’t realize parking was extra. Room was fine enough and we did appreciate the tub but the hotel itself is very outdated. Not a deal breaker though. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, could use improvement there.

Terrible stay. Room didn’t look cleaned when I arrived. Cups of water in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder was on the floor broken. Black stains all over the carpet. Then some other guest walked into my room at 1am. Needless to say will never stay here again.
