We arrived at midnight and the parking was completely full and the lighting was so dim. Could not see too well and the front door could not tell how to enter there was construction but no lining no signs nothing once we got inside it was nice and clean. 2 / all new lighting more parking spaces would be greatly appreciated.
We had a nice comfortable stay at the Hilton will definitely stay again.
Hello, This was a great stay but an upgrade of the Wifi would be very beneficial. Thanks
Great location. Great staff Pool could have been open longer
Very good hotel.however there is a fee for parking and no breakfast served.
Satisfactory and enjoyable stay. I love the spa and the gym. I missed the buffet where I are before.
The room was comfortable. The staff members were polite. Nobody bugged us to clean our room before check out. Not much more you can ask for.
We stayed at the Delta for 4 days, and the staff were always friendly always ready to help in any way they can. There is a pool with a waterslide, a gym..the biggest I seen in a hotel so far, a coffee shop, a spa, an outsoor pool..this hotel made our trip seem like well-deserved vacation. Will go back. Recommended.
I love the access to the Meadowvale club for relaxation and to stay fit.
Food was great as were all of the amenities. Staff was very accommodating and we found the Smart Desk very useful.
We have always liked the Delta Meadowvale but have not stayed there in a while. At some point the poicy changed to pet-friendly, so we booked an overnight stay while passing through. we arrived very late, so did nto really get to use the facilities much, but our family was disappointed that we could not stay longer. The room was beautiful- redently redone, with sleek design, and very high-tech, with every kind of electronic compatibility one could wish for.Beautifully landscaped grounds, indoor AND outfdoor pool, and friendly staff. There was a very large conference at the hotel that weekend, and the public areas/restaurant/bar were pretty boisterous, but from our room in the the North Tower we did not hear anything. Because of the conference, parking was free, which was a plus.
Nice hotel but when I went to check in, I had to update my room to get cheaper parking, internet and phone service (which is usually included in hotels). It was really expensive individually, so I took the "deal" I was offered. I was surprised that this didn't come with my room like previous hotels I've booked from here.
the staff is terrific. The rooms are great. However, since my last stay, the main restaurant was closed and the bar was transformed into a restaurant/bar. menu is limited... They need to bring back the restaurant. If , not I will look for an alternative for my semi-annual trip to Mississauga
Staff was excellent! Nice place to stay.
We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and near where we needed to be. They're a bit above "pet friendly"; if you need to leave a dog unattended in your room, they just ask you to notify the front desk and leave a number where you can be contacted if there's a problem! There's plenty of green space for dog walks, including Mullet Creek park, just west of the hotel.
Hotel was Ok , but must pay for outdoor parking , internet access , no complimentary breakfast
On checking in, we were very surprised to find out that even if you are a registered guest in the hotel they charge $14.00 daily for parking. Even though nothing in mentioned in the [...] advertisements. After complaining when checking in the desk clerk reduce the charge by 50%.Otherwise, This hotel is very nice and the staff were very polite and knowlegeable of the area and was happy to provide directions.Having a car is very beneficial as things to do are not very close, downtown Toronto is about 30 minutes away and visitng Niagara Falls is about 1hr 15 mins.Overall, we would not hesitate to stay and this hotel again.
Nice place to have a business meeting.
Very nice facility. Rooms were very clean. Bed was overly comfy with soft pillow top mattress. We would definately stay there again.
The shower head was installed for people no taller than 5 feet. It was very low on the wall.
