The property is old and needs a change in carpeting, which is sticky. We paid for a room upgrade and was taken to a room where the carpet stuck to our feet. We asked to change the room, and the next room had the same problem. Fortunately, staff was great and gave us slippers for our stay, but the rooms could use some upkeep. Additionally, parking costs extra and there has been a rise in car thefts, so you pay for parking, but your car may or may not be safe. Overall, we’ll pick another hotel next time.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great pools/waterslide. It is a large hotel but never seemed overly crowded with no wait for the elevators. We used room service for dinner one night & it was great. Starbucks on site, but they seemed to have a limited menu. This was a good in-between location for Niagara Falls & Toronto.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the amenities were great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed here a few times, but this time I was disappointed. The sheets (pillow cases, duvets, etc) all smelled bad. As a result, I didn’t sleep well. Overall the hotel needs a bit of modernization.
