Property was well kept and they did there best to keep the parking lot safe during the freezing rain. Shampoo and soap dried your skin out. Sheets and towels were stiff and rough. Weird scent for sheets as well. Parking was easy but they charge $16 a day and breakfast is $20 a day (not detailed before booking). Pool was big but very dirty and water slide pool was freezing with weird shut down times. No fridge or microwave in room, very inconvenient. Staff was very friendly. Alot of "miscellaneous fees" at check out that they couldn't explain for me. Overall nice hotel to stay if visiting Toronto and don't want a tourist area.

When I booked via Orbitz I filter for free parking and breakfast included. I ended up having to pay for both. Not happy with Orbitz.
Staff and overall service was excellent except for valet parking they stole my radar. They did not charge me for the parking because should I complain about the stolen radar, it will not show who did the parking. I hope you report this issue to them. I will also call the hotel to complain about it
This hotel was excellently maintained and the room was very clean. In room breakfast was made to my desire and arrived on time. Everything was perfect and I would def stay here again.

It was close to the wedding we were attending. We booked the hotel due to the waterslide and pool. Both were clean and fun. Other than that, the hotel was not spectacular. Breakfast was available for a $20 fee, parking was $16 a night, and they didn't give water or anything in the room. Amenities, aside from the pool, were lacking. We knew we'd be checking in late so we called ahead of time. When we checked in, the gentleman told me it was good we had called ahead, or we may have ended up in a room with two queens (instead of the king), even though we had already paid for the room. It was very busy but it didn't make sense that they'd give away a room already paid for. Aside from that hiccup, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only had two small towels waiting. Our view from the room was okay. Thermostat was digital and kept the room the temperature we wanted.

Horrible Service. Not fit to be a Hilton. Staff made it sound as if booking through Orbitz was a really bad thing. There was no vending machine in the entire hotel and no water bottles or fridge in rooms.

Experience was bad. The elevators are old and dirty. The stuff is not very helpful. They separetly charged 16 dollars a night for parking, without first disclosing that. Overall, a bad experience.

We got there at midnight after being on the room for 12 hours. We got in the room took the comforter off and my wife noticed that the sheets were all wrinkled up like they've never been made. After looking closer the sheets had here on it and the pillowcases head stains on it hopefully drool stains and not some other kind of stains. I asked for a desk if somebody could come up here and change the bedding and they told me I could come downstairs and get new beddings and no one was there to do it for us. So I told them bring them up there and I will change the beddings which we did. we don't like to complain and they did not offer any kind of substitute or any other room.
