Clean and well-maintained hotel - elevators need some touching up and a bit of refurbishing, but rooms were comfortable. Our kids were excited to swim but indoor pool was undergoing maintenance unfortunately. Otherwise - quite a good hotel. Would recommend.

I didn’t find staff I dealt with, very welcoming. There was no microwave in the room, which is standard everywhere else. The sliding window looked liked it was cleaned with a muddy cloth. No chairs outside on balcony. Why have a balcony? My daughter saw a small cockroach in hall. My daughter knows what they look like, she lives in Mexico. Paying for parking is a money grabber. The room we were in looks a little run down. I was quite disappointed, all in all. After all it is a Hilton. The Hilton’s would be very disappointed with this property. Shall not stay there again.

A little disappointed when checking in. Only to be told the pool is out of service today. Front desk staff attempted to make up for it and were very understanding of my frustration. I wish there was more communication letting me know before I drove 4 hours to get to our destination.

Hotel itself was nice. Room could use some updating, curtains were ripped and carpet had wear patterns. Bathroom was very nice. The pool was okay, but waterslide hours were a bit lacking. Even during the hours it was supposed to be open it was closed.

Property was fine. Dated and needs cleaned/ updated. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t like that I had to pay for parking and wifi. That was unexpected. Restaurant/ bar staff were exceptionally wonderful. Jenny and Rupfar ( I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) were incredible. I would go back just for them, their kindness and service, exceptional.
