They had two printers but both we black only, no color.
A lot of much needed updates throughout the rooms are required. Dated wallpaper needs to come down and bathroom looked old and dirty. Sofa bed was old and mattress was really uncomfortable with spring showing.
This is a true 3 star hotel, nothing too great about it but definitely clean enough to stay for a quick stay....the bed is very comfortable.

Very tired accommodations - needs updating badly! Fire Alarm went off in hotel. Had to evacuate. Horrible electric burning smell. No explanation provided - poor customer service in this regard.
It's so important to be able to open a window in a hotel room -- this one you cannot !! The cleaning fluids are terrible for us all -- Also no real food or bar -- or at least the hours are extremely limited. Otherwise ok
The airconditioner was not working after complaints maintenence came but could not fix it.changed the room still the same.
I may be spoiled by hotels in the U.S; this hotel is clean, wider and cleaner rooms, comfortable bed however 1. they put bottle waters in your room and they are for sale (a big NEGATIVE) 2. My room TV remote was not working and I didn't bother to call maintenance b/c I didn't want the TV, just checked while sitting on the bed side ready to go out; yet I received a $45 bill for watching movie; the good guy in the front desk waived it though. 3. No breakfast....you have to pay for everything, since there is no place closer to go out and eat, you are forced to buy food from them.. I hate this part...putting customers in a corner...

The check in process was a little painful as they were having difficulty with getting my file. I repeatedly told them i had my confirmation number but declined this multiple times. Aside from that, the hotel itself is nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
