The room had technical difficulty The tv was completely disconnected There was no remote and the fridge did not work while we were there They did reconnect the tv eventually And a remote was brought up. Excellent stay at a fair price!

I did enjoy the stay! Everyone was very respectful and courteous. I was easily able to check in and check out, no issues opening and closing the door, and the breakfast was very nice! The only constructive feedback would be: 1. I had paid prior to my arrival. When I got there, I was asked to insert my credit card and submit a deposit of some sort. I would have liked to have this explained better so I wasn't left confused about why they needed me to pay 'again' (even though I didn't pay twice). 2. The shower curtains need to be replaced more often, or cleaned with chemical more often. They smelled like a seedy old sauna. Otherwise, the room was VERY well cleaned and in perfect order.

Not too far from airport. Courtyard unused but would not allow smoking which was different to other courtyard properties I had stayed at. Balcony door did not lock. Was told it would be a week for fix but after 13 days not fixed. Staff pleasant and friendly.
