Broadview Hotel is a terrific Toronto find - great rooms, friendly staff, nice food and close to everything you need. The room was large and comfortable. The roof terrace is a great escape at the end of the day. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Toronto for work or pleasure.

Great with just two minor gripes

Everything was great. There are only two small suggestions. In our room, the hallway noise was easily heard. Not that it was noisy but we could hear any hallway conversation. It seemed to come in under door so maybe something there to block sound. The parking capacity is not sufficient and not well signed. I know we can park at the public parking across street but that one is confusing and expensive on how to pay.

Location isn’t great if you’re trying to do anything downtown, however it is on streetcar and bus routes. Pretty quiet too in my experience. There’s a convenience store right across the street too, and the hotel has everything you need regardless. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Easy check-in and check out, responsive front desk.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. Streetcar stops right out front of the building to get around town easily. The public transit noise in the early morning would be only item of note - it did wake us up a few times very early. I would have thought the windows to be more sound proof. Otherwise the room was wonderfully decorated, rain shower was great and bed was cozy. The bistro also makes a delicious espresso martini! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

I really enjoy this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. There are many small touches that set it apart from other hotels. The details in the design of the spaces is wonderful. My only complaint is that there is no coffee maker in the rooms. They have a kettle and instant coffee. You can arrange room service. They have a well stocked minibar and a turntable which I would trade for a coffee maker. 🤓 The roof top restaurant is very good, an advanced reservation is recommended.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. When my record player did not work they sent someone up immediately to fix it. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and some really nice vintage stores and other shops. I would stay here again.
