We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was comfortable and in a great location, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. A special mention to James, who was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially when our flight back to the UK was cancelled due to the snow storm and we had to extend unexpectedly. We also had an issue with the heating, which he dealt with straight away and it was fixed promptly. He is a real asset to the hotel. Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

The room was spotless and had a full kitchen with full sized fridge, stove top, microwave and dishes. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is literally steps from the Eaton Center, Yonge and Dundas and many restaurants and attractions. I stayed there as a staycation for 1 night as I was working from the office that week, instead of commuting all the way home to Scarborough. It was a real treat!

I couldn't have been more thrilled with my time.There, the rooms were diligently cleaned.The staff when I entered was extremely polite and kind, very courteous, always.Hello, good bye.Have a good day.The location is great.My only issue is is that there's no parking in the building, and you do have to park across the street at the hospital or on the road.If you're lucky enough to find the available parking, that'd be the only thing that I could possibly say that I found off putting about it.However, barring that one very small hiccup.It was absolutely perfect.It was everything that I could need and or wanted out of the stay.And I was absolutely overjoyed with how incredible it was
