I loved the hotel and the staff were amazing. I do feel like some updates would be great for the hotel, but overall it's a lovely property in a great, walkable area with tons of shopping and dining options. The best dining experience was dining in the hotel at Lai Wah Heen. The food, service and staff was incredible. It was the culinary experience of a life time and a MUST try.

Everything about the room was great, except... it was a very cold night, and the cold wind was blowing in below the wall mounted heat/ac unit. Very cold when getting out of bed on the window side.

Amazing service and very clean room, only complaint is that the fan in the room is too noisy, the walls are thin you can hear everything on the corridor. However the service compensates the rest so I might come back another time and bring the noise cancelling headphone
