The hotel nicely oversees the Niagara Falls but when it comes to convenience around attractions, you’re better off staying near Clifton hills. This hotel was mediocre at best, average staff, but just way too busy. The elevators took way too long and there were 6 elevators. Parking is $70/night onsite, $100 for valet, and $30 offsite.

our room was partial view and i asked for better view options. The front desk lady sold us the presidential suite with view. The Room had amazing view but not clean and we found couple of spiders on our last day on our bed and the master bedroom wall. Then I told this to the front lady they said oh it's just a spider's and I'm actually was not sure as a spider's or bed bugs. On top of that I told them that I want to pay cash for the full amount of my face they told me I have to wait until the check out time and without my knowledge to charge my credit cards and it took them 1 hour to avoid or refund my money and accept the cash it was unacceptable behavior of the front Fest on top of that be paid over 1600 US dollar but we had so much issues with the elevator and chaos as far as the breakfast that we had to wait the line over 45 minutes and then come back again to our room for another 30 minutes for waiting for the elevators. the view of the room was amazing but I do not recommend this hotel anymore because of the fact of lack of elevators and huge lines for breakfast , not clean and lack of empathy from the staff

The property was horribly over-priced. Hour wait for breakfast. Rusty vending machines. Not enough elevators. $70 self parking. Long walk to falls area. Long wait for an elevator and people crammed in together. Had to take two elevators to reach 17th floor. Crappy breakfast served in unclean environment. Pool was only 3 ft deep. Restaurant was poor, but expensive. Paid $500 per night. Room furniture was dated and not very clean. No chairs in bedroom. Charger outlets did not work.

Great views of Niagara Falls. Room with view of Canadian and American falls. Location was great. Free breakfast with views was great. Everything great! Will stay again. Reminder Canadian dollars converted to US dollars.

Everything was great about the hotel, room suite amazing view, breakfast, staff, great central location. Parking was on the expensive side plus tax, so that was the only thing I didn't like. Overall very happy we chose Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara

I liked the overall friendliness of the staff. The hotel is a good location. The concierge could use some help. I think that right off the bat, the guest should be informed of the incline that takes one to the falls. This was discovered after our long walk around. Parking cost is too high and the remote parking is not very convenient, and also costly. You probably may have been told this before. The shuttle system can be better organized. A smaller fuel efficient shuttle may be a good idea when a big crowd isn't looking for a ride. The pool should have an adult only swim for 30minutes.

The porperty is close to everything. Our room was clean and had a great view of the falls. The breakfast was included and had a lot of good options. If tou plan to park on the premises prepare to pay 70-100 a night. Off the premises is 35.00. The safe didn’t work in our room and the complimentary snacks were lacking.

The Keg restaurant was the only experience and place worth it. One of the people employees at the check in was kind of rude; same with the service room by phone; the red wine bottle was super expensive, really? And the person was like doing a big favour; wait,.. aren’t we clients?

Just an uncomfortable stay
It seems there was a gas leak at the hotel which lead to no heat, no hot water, no food. This information was not related to guests upon check in when it had been a few hours well into the issue. It was not handled well. Guests were left to inform each other instead of being updated by management in a timely manner.
