Two catches 1. Free WiFi available only in the Lobby. Using WiFi in the room is $25 per day. Took me by surprise 2. Parking in the hotel is $64 per day. Not Free. This was another huge surprise. Luckily there is a Casino parking nearby which is $5/day.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, the food is good in the breakfast buffet but every day the same, the only problem is the elevators in the morning you can easily spend 15 to 20 minutes waiting, the rest is espectacular. The food is really expensive not only at the hotel in Canada in general

Nice, clean and very accommodating. Had a couple meals at the KEG resturant there in the hotel and the food and service were excellent.

Nice view, not worth the money though. Beware of sales pitch to upgrade. Very crowded Breakfast is not that good; long lines after 8 am.

My wife and I decided to pay the extra money and rent the room advertised on the internet that faced the falls, with the large window. The price was $350, but it was supposed to be a romantic getaway. When we checked in, they put us in a room that did face the falls, but the window was the smallest hotel window I have ever seen. It felt like a porthole window on a cruise. I went down to the front desk to tell them there was a mistake, and the woman at the front desk wanted nothing to do with helping me resolve this problem. I asked to speak to the manager, and got the duty manager. He told me that regardless what I thought I reserved, this was what I was getting. I went back online to the site I had rented the room from, and the current price was $175 for the room I thought I was supposed to have rented with the large window shown on the internet. I showed this to him, and he told me that they don't price match. I told him that price matching would be if I brought in a competitor's price and asked him to match. This was his hotel offering this price for the room I had rented. I told him that I was paying double the price for the room I thought I had rented, and was getting half the room. He couldn't care less. He was very unprofessional, dismissive and rude. I felt that this clearly was bait and switch on the part of the hotel. They offer one thing on the internet, and when you get there, they put you i whatever they have available. This experience ruined our vacation. In my

Drove in, Have park with 20 cars all jockeying for space, have staff to park you 4 deep in a small area. That was poor. Check in OK, immediately try to up sell room to better view, no thanks, Now back out to parking. try to unload bags, rude parking attendant now wants us to move car again, have to leave keys. Threatens to tow our car. All about getting parking fee from us. Free breakfast, terrible, bad quality, very crowed, treat like cattle. one free drink in another line. not relaxing one bit. never again. Terrible experience, know they have a good location and give zero effort.

Great location close to the falls make this hotel a tempting choice, but there are a lot of surprise fees at check in. Our room had flickering LED lights from bad dimmers, a non functional bathroom mirror light and a broken latch on the bathroom privacy door. It was pop open at random times. The breakfast buffet was not good. Food was prepared with little care, and was quite bland.

Well, I always like Embassy hotel because of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. My problem was when I booked the hotel at Orbitz, I got the fallsview which is the most expensive they offer. But when I got to the hotel, I was asked if I want to upgrade? I want to upgrade to what, I thought I already got the best view for the price I paid. No, it was not the best fallsview, as they told me, I will only see the Canadian side of the falls. Darn, that means to say I have to pay extra for getting both the american side and canadian side. Needless to say, I ended up paying extra for the price I thought was already the maximum amount I could pay for the fallsview. I don' t think its honest. I think Orbitz has to be clear about that information. I am not happy.

Parking is not on the premises but at another parking lot. Need to take a shuttle to get ur car.

Why does the check-in start at 4 pm? Why the front desk is so rude? The worst breakfast I ever had. The internet is not acceptable, it's good only for emails, you can't pay extra for a premium connection. No food or drinks in the room minibar. You can use 3$ tokens for drinks at the vending machine, however, the vending machine on my floor didn't work. Elevator trip from 30th floor to the lobby takes forever. I paid for a room with jacuzzi, however, you don't get any bathrobes or even slippers. You don't get any slippers or drinks, but you get 2 TV sets and 3 sinks. It is a strange hotel, it tries to be luxurious and comfortable but it fails. Without slippers, minibar snacks and drinks, with hideous breakfast, complicated misleading room view system, together with very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly front desk personnel makes you happy you didn't stay longer. This hotel doesn't deserve the price tag or 4 stars.

Clean hotel, basic service was good. Everything stopped there. No validated parking. ONLY parking the hotel offered was $60 a day, or each time you picked up your car, valet. NO in and out privledges. Was given a code to use wifi, but forgot it when my wife asked, called downstairs to get it again and they were reluctant to give it out, told me I had to pay. Ordered from Friday's downstairs, inside the hotel, they do not deliver, automatically tacked on 17% on the bill yet I had no server, sat at no table, they had no dishes to clean. I almost had to beg them to call me when the order was ready, REALLY?? You can't give a quick call?? I was charged by the hotel $2,20 for this call later. WITHIN the hotel, NO local call policy???.... What I payed a night was not enough for inclusions???? Nickel and dime you to death here, some relaxation. :-(

Great trip, nice people and great views of falls. Also close to every thing in town.

We enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast was great, we enjoy our free beer. My only observation will be that they could have a better pool area for the children's but it was still a great time.

the attitude of staffs are not great. the orbitz website showed there is free parking, but you actually need to pay for parking about $35.

this hole trip was a nightmare first payed extra for Jacuzzi suite only to find the Jacuzzi tub did not work. Second there is no security saturday upon returning to hotel only to find that a man was stabbed and attacked be ni.e guys with weapons on hotel grounds crime tape and blood everywhere not something you want to see in vacation. Hole experience was terrible.

Bad bad customer service they need friendly pepole we were there for 5 days and they never changed the bed. Complementary breakfast not worth it, same food every day hard potatoes cool scramble eggs and super hard french toast etc etc.

Best hotel on the Canadian side of the falls. Convenient to many places. Great staff, the Keg is excellent and the rooms are superior. This is our second stay at this hotel. Have stayed at others that do not compare!

Loved the hotel great view great location to shopping, pubs and dinning.

Very disappointed in the evening reception and the breakfast. These were the reasons why i pic

Excellent experience. Our first visit and will come back and recommend to friends and family
