The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls (Ont.) is a beautiful hotel and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is very convenient to major attractions such as The Falls themselves and the Fallsview Casino. It was the perfect place to stay for the concert I attended at The Old Stage at NF Fallsview Casino. Excellent experience.

There was a line to the complimentary breakfast with the wait of One Hour.We needed to start our day so we went for a $130. breakfast at IHop. At the Drinks and Snacks we were greeted with empty snack bowls…. The Bell Desk and Valet Team were WONDERFUL.

Excellent location, we drove although some things may have been walking distance. We had a view of the falls from our room. The only problem we ran into was our room was on the tenth floor and the bar was just below us on the ninth. We could hear music from the bar as we were trying to sleep. I wish we would have been a little higher up.

We have stayed at the embassy before and thoroughly enjoyed it but his time was disappointing. Didn’t realize that if you are on floors 10-18 you are designated to one singular elevator that serves all of those floors- was frustrating and time consuming to get to where we were going anytime we used . When we got to our suite, the pot lights in the bathroom were hanging down from the ceiling so we had to put them back in .

Great views from the fallsview side of the hotel. We were on the 33rd floor so had a fabulous view of the falls and the nightly fireworks. Wonderful staff. Would be nice if breakfast ran later.

I was not overly happy with this Embassy suites. Feel that it was very expensive for what they offered. In the evening the normal for us is enjoying cocktails and small appetizers spread. It was just 3 bowls of pretzels and chips with one mediocre cocktail. Also the morning breakfast was very cold without the usual omelette station. Parking was very expensive in addition. Room wise it was nicely updated.
