I did not like that the elevators we're not functioning properly. I had to wait up to thirteen minutes on the twelfth floor for a elevator to get us several times. This caused us to be late for ubers and other reservations. Breakfasts was crazy! When we came down to the lobby, there was a line that was at least thirty people deep, waiting to go eat breakfast. If we had chosen to eat breakfast, we would had to have waited in line from fifteen to twenty minutes just to be seated. Lastly, the fan in our bathroom would periodically start making noise. Like the exhaust cover was being lifted and dropped over and over throughout the stay.

The room was as advertised. The windows were clean. The Front Desk Staff Member Akshay was both professional and courteous. He represented Embassy Suites well The Breakfast Staff both Dawn and Lorena were efficient and friendly. They made us feel 'at home'. Onsite parking was a breeze. An excellent time was spent at this Hotel.

The hotel room was small and dirty. The floors you can tell they had not been cleaned the bathroom door was water damaged, the hand sink drain topper didn't work, the sofa bed sheets were dirty.

There was a bank of elevators that was out of service so it was an average of 15 min wait to get an elevator. Also the room next to us it was like they were right with us. No sound proofing at all. You could hear every word they were saying so it was a terrible stay. I wouldn’t go to this hotel again.
