My fave hotel for a longer stay with my family! The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast is great and convenient, the pool is clean and perfect. Housekeeping is immaculate and the staff are all so nice and helpful.

This is how our stay went... I had high hopes we came into the room quite excited for our stay everything looked mediocre clean hard to tell as the stuff is all fairly worn. our toilet wouldn't flush, so maintenance had to come replace a mechanism (totally happens not your fault) we leave for the game, come back walk in to a bug right on the wall above the table , we do a reverse Google image to confirm it in is indeed a cockroach.....call front desk says they will send someone up. calls back tells us to pack up and they will move us they come up, while packing another cockroach appears in the bathroom sink area , totally disgusted wanting to go home but 3000kms away and it's 1130 at night... we accept the offer to move 2 floors down thoroughly go through the next room . which when you look that close at things was absolutely filthy, yes it was tidy but actually quite gross on the walls, kitchen cupboards, under the fridge, hair glob in shower, just overall pretty gross if we had a vehicle we prob would have left but being in a big city not knowing where to go or anything we stuck it out. we had them clean the next day which I must say helped it was definitely cleaner felt a little better, but we were afraid to unpack, cook or really feel comfortable in the space at all. the housekeeper on our floor was soo sweet and polite and absolute wonderful lady! the front door men were also so sweet! the breakfast was decent, i left them a message before posting with no response

The hotel room itself was nice. The actual hotel has signs saying it’s “under renovations” however there are no sign of renovations. It just appears to be a run down hotel. It’s 22 floors yet they felt the need to put people in the conjoining room who stayed up all night screaming and slamming doors. Parking is an additional $60 and valet only but that is not shred where I I booked the room. It is absolutely not worth the mo eh. The continental breakfast is mediocre.
