Location is superb for going to Blue Jays games. Staff are excellent - always positive and respectful. Breakfast was quite good but super busy each day and staff worked hard to accommodate the crowds. We waited a fair bit for the elevators as one was not working. The sofa bed was likely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in - I was not expecting it to be like a bed mattress but when you feel all of the support bars on the bed frame through the mattress it makes for a horrible sleep.

Safe was very accommodating! Breakfast was great, only had one day with a bit more of a wait in the line up. I’ve seen many people complaining about the elevators but in our 6 days stay we definitely didn’t find this an issue. We might have had to wait 3 min? For an elevator? One out of the 3 though was down during our stay. The room was spacious, had everything we would need to make a meal if we decided to get groceries and do so. The lobby was just ok, nothing super fancy, and on the smaller side. We were able to walk to CN tower or Roger’s Centre in 10 min. I think my only complaint was that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Cons:It was clear that there's not a good enough communication between the hotel and expedia. front desk asked us to pay for our stay 'again' without explaining to us properly. They could'nt refund us immediately either, we have to wait a week. Pros:The rooms are clean, the staff who work at the restaurant were friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was located in a prime area which was great. One of the elevators was out of service so there was always a wait for the elevator. The morning breakfast was not able to accommodate the large number of guests. A lot of waiting in lines.

Nice hotel only downside was the elevators, they were very slow and would close before people even got off or on. Breakfast was included which was nice with options but very small drink glasses and some food items were cold not fully cooked or dry.

Valet was expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and quick - helped pack/unpack car, brought my things to our room. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but has breakfast buffet - wasn't great though. Also can get drinks in the bar at night. Hotel was down to 2 elevators for 22 floors, which made for some waiting. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 baths. Was nice and spacious. My only compliant about the room was it was so dark and dreary. We had 3 windows total and 2 of them were facing a concrete wall, so never felt like the rooms were bright enough. I appreciated they had ice water in the lobby all the time, which was a nice refresher when coming in from the heat. Location was good - short walk to CN Tower/Skydome/Aquarium. Eaton Centre was about 15 minutes. Lots of dining, parks and shopping nearby. No complaints about the location. Would stay here again.
