It was a very nice hotel and room. We had a suite so it was very spacious. The cleaning lady we had was amazing and very nice. The valet service was great and the staff so friendly as well as the staff behind the checking in and out counter. Unfortunately our dishwasher was full of water and we were told to call the front desk to have it repaired which probably should have been taken care of before we arrived. We didn't have a dishcloth or dishtowel or soap to wash dishes by hand which could be added to the room or scissors but overall it was great.

Our two days stay at the Marriot was much better than expected. I was in a wheelchair and the doormen took extra special care when we went in or out. The hotel was very clean and well-staffed. Everyone we met was cordial and helpful. I would certainly return on our next trip to Toronto.

What a great greeting we got on our arrival. We had back to back activities planned with our grandchildren and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled like fresh cut flowers. On our arrival we were informed that we had a fantastic upgrade. It was more than we anticipated. Thank you for creating lasting memories for our family!

Great stay

Great stay at the Residence Inn. Walking distance to so many attractions and great continental breakfast. Kids loved the pool area. Big room with lots of space for our family of 4!
