The staff were extremely good, we got into our two rooms earlier than check in time and greatly appreciated that. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice for all. We loved the pool and facilities. Location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre.

I booked this hotel for my 2 sons as their meeting place and stay for a night before heading back home to Vancouver for Christmas holiday- school break. One of my son was coming from Kingston & my other son from Windsor. They’re both very peculiar when it comes to staying at the hotel. And I must say they were both impress and happy so far. Staff were friendly, and attentive . Able to ask all of their questions. And even better, they were able to stay at the same suite that my husband and I stayed in summer - which I really like coz it was clean and comfy . Love the location as it close by to union station and other amenities including attractions . Lots of great restaurants to choose and feel safe to walk around

The hotel was old, so the room smelled. There were more than five hairs on the bedding and stains in several places, which was unpleasant. The bed sheets were old and had holes in them. However, the hotel was in a good location, and the staff in the restaurant and lobby were all friendly.
