We have stayed here several times and not been disappointed. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel has many amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The first impression for me is that the staffs are nice for every customer and I asked one of the staffs show me the rooms conditions before I reserve the room . Also, if you have business area in east Toronto, it is a good hotel for you because it is near to the highway 401.So I have good experience in Delta Hotels.

Good experience but free breakfast would be a bonus.

Do not stay at this hotel. rooms smell like 70's flea bag motel and are dated.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for my stay. The covered parking was especially nice as a snow storm occurred during my stay.

Awsome getaway! Love the transit system. Parking not so great! Food great! Pretty pricy.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Only draw back is this location requires a daily parking fee

Hotel met my expectations it wasn't particularly spectacular, but it was good, professional, and clean. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful (warned me about the noise level for my particular room and I was okay with that), and room service was polite. Housekeeping was friendly, and I got some nice conversation when I was in the room. The only amenities of interest were the complimentary Wi-Fi and the swimming pool/jacuzzi. The Wi-Fi was just fine. The pool was clean enough. I did not try any of the hotel's restaurants and bars, the price was out of my price. Wish it included a mini-fridge in the delta rooms though.

The room is nice clean and big but no fridge no water n when they cleaned they only changed towels and did bed but nvr took garbage , and i developped an alergy reaction from the sheets

After an Exhausting day of Traveling from Rochester, NY to Toronto and putting up with TRAFFIC, we did not make our scheduled visit in time. But once we got to the hotel, Sasha made our stay great and went above and beyond to assure we were as comfortable as possible.

Room was clean. Dinner buffet was great. Our room was facing 401 but the noise was not disturbing. Need a rental car if you want to be mobile.

The room was nice and clean. I got a room far away from the elevator and foot traffic so it was very quiet. The staff are nice and friendly. They have a big pool with water slide so there's a lot of families staying when I was there. I guess if you're not gonna make use of the water slide/pool, it's not really worth the money. I was a single traveler and I was expecting like a business-type of luxury for a 4-star hotel but it's more family type really. Also I thought WiFi was a surcharge but it's not and instead I got charged for parking. I thought that was weird considering they were still outside downtown Toronto. Also they have three elevators and were all very slow so take the stairs if you can, I was next door to one so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to single travelers but definitely for family cause the kids would love that pool.

The water in the shower was barely warm, the kids were excited about the waterslide, but it was only open for specific times not all day. We pd $115/night, but beds were comfortable, and close to 401 without the noise. The staff referenced more then once since we "dealt with a third party" instead of directly with the hotel, we get what we get, next time deal directly with the hotel...

Good the room is clean but the only inconvience is there's no ice machine on my floor I'm on the 9th floor so I have to 10th or 8th floor just to get ice.

Excellent, my room was very cosy and the balcony overlooking all the plants was super. Will definitely go there again and recommend to others.

The hotel was nice and the pool is great. Nice location near restaurants and mall. Clean room and nice lobby.

They have nice staff, and room is clean. But the hotel is kind of old and their elevator were always too busy and crowed. And they do not offer slipper

The hotel is very convenient for me to get on 401 expressway leading to the airport and downtown. I fee like feel like in a resort inside. The room is clean.

An adequate hotel that was undergoing some much-needed renovation. The entire place has a tired feelng. Food in the bar was quite good. Front desk were friendly.

They gave us a room on the second floor of what seemed to be the original hotel. There was no ice in that building or wi-fi in the room. But we had a wired internet connection. I had to go and get ice in the other building. The best rooms in this hotel we think are in the other building. We usually stay downtown and even downtown the hotel provided parking. This hotel is in the outskirts of the city and we expected free parking. Next time we will go back downtown.
