Great place to stay close to the airport. Shuttle runs on time. Front desk is exceptionally attentive. They even offered to make "to go" breakfast bags for our family so we could catch an early morning flight.

Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Downside our rental car was stolen from the parking lot on first night. Limited parking in front of hotel so parked in back. At least our parking fees were refunded.

Ideal airport hotel.

Ideal hotel airport. Fantastic varied breakfast with plenty of healthy option. Excellent coffee on tap with fresh milk. Disappointed to have to pay for parking although this is made clear in advance. The car park has only been about half full in my experience. Great location for the airport about a 10 minute drive away. Although close to the airport rooms are well insulated and planes obviously not running at night anyway. Bed was very comfortable with the right amount of bedding.

Great stay

I had a great stay, I was a bit worried about the timing of my stay since I was going to see a concert at Rogers Stadium & didn't know when I would get back to the hotel, but didn't want to get to the venue too late. Front desk let me check in a little bit early as the room was ready which REALLY helped me out! I appreciated the flexibility so much! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT. Although I didn't use it this trip, in the future I would definitely make use of the airport shuttle service. All the staff and other guests were very nice & polite. Only very minor things I didn't like were there was a sort of ringing sound in my room when I got home (around 12:30am - room 522) and I couldn't figure out what it was coming from. It wasn't there anymore in the morning. Not sure what it was. The shower was so nice I could have stayed in there for hours, but softer fluffier towels would have made it perfect :)
