Nice hotel
The hotel was lovely...but expensive
It’s a perfect location to walk up to niagra falls without hunting for car parking nearby. Even though it’s an old building, it’s maintained well.
I booked a free breakfast buffet for 4 people and when we checked in the front desk lady told us that according to their system we only get to have 2 free breakfast buffet per day.. and there’s 4 of us.. they want us to pay 25 dollars per person.. but according to my reservation.. I booked a double Queen size room for four adults with free breakfast buffet.. sooo disappointing that they’re not willing to compensate
Hotel was clean bedding was great and the last night check in girl was outstanding the only thing that it could use is a bit better restaurants in lobby
room was clean. I did not like the exorbitant prices of the dining room, especially the poor quality and choices for the breakfast. I will not stay there again as many hotels for example holiday Inn express, offer great options for meals.
I did not like that the coffee supplies were to be given out at registration but I did not receive any for my room. I did enjoy 5e hospitality in the on site restaurant
Its a nice place, charming. Definitely go back there in the future
Staff is very friendly and that's a plus when you attive after a long flight.
Great place to stay, very clean and the standard intercontinental breakfast was very good. After checking in I did not have bath towels in the room and the refrigerator was not working, you they promptly fixed both issues. The only thing I can complain about is paying CAD 24 a day for parking.

The proximity to the airport, and the comfort/ decoration of the rooms. Unfourtantly, extremally disconnected staff to the customers or their needs. We were placed across from the elevator that was the laoudest dinging noise, we never slept once and checked out at 300am- no ask of how was our stay, nothing, I actually spoke up and asked why would you have us so close to the elevator and it was so loud? Response- it was all we had... no mention of this, if there was we absolutely would have stayed elsewhere. Would not recommend, better for the price point in the area.
