Its a nice place, charming. Definitely go back there in the future
Staff is very friendly and that's a plus when you attive after a long flight.
Great place to stay, very clean and the standard intercontinental breakfast was very good. After checking in I did not have bath towels in the room and the refrigerator was not working, you they promptly fixed both issues. The only thing I can complain about is paying CAD 24 a day for parking.

We were in 247 and the temperature control did not work , so it was a chilly night .
Nice hotel but needs more hockey channel or sport channel
Very friendly stuff! We were allowed for a late check in without any problems.
Arrived at the hotel at 10pm. Went to check in and was given a choice of rooms of the level we booked. Choose our floor and was then told we booked for the next night, Yes my mistake. Couldn't just move the night, By the way this was Sunday. Went through a HUGH ordeal, about an hour. The manager finely came up with a solution. Cancel the reservation all together and she will treat us as a walk in. Fine Then when we went to check in, still standing at the counter we were informed none of the rooms were now available. All I had was a city view closet. We took it Had to sleep somewhere. The room had dirty carpets and a hole in the wall in the closet. Oh well lesson learned, Double check dates and never stay here again!
The staffs were nice and the location is quite close to the congress centre. Worth to note that, the king bed was soooo comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay.
The washrooms were very small, outdated and not very clean.
really great the service was nice and the rooms were big. the elevator took too long though.
