Beds were super comfie and the rooms were very clean. Nice bar and close to restaurants. Staff extremely friendly especially "Ezralin" aka "Hope" was very helpful and kind in answeing all our questions. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and a great start to our holidays. We would definitely stay here again.
I recently stayed at this hotel I stay was very nice the room was clean the staff for real pleasant to deal with the continental breakfast was enjoyable it was nice to enjoy this day in Toronto at this hotel
This is one of the better hotels on the airport strip in Toronto. rooms have been updated but bathrooms are tiny. Lack of parking space at the facility. Staff are friendly, restaurant food is decent. Sheraton Beds tend to be very good and this was no exception. The pool was out of service so that might be an issue for some. Prices on the airport are high in general.
As a lifetime SPG Platinum member, I have certainly been in many hotels but this is one of the best for service! Besides being perfectly located near the airport and tons of restaurants, this hotel always has its A game! I stay here at least 10 times a year and the service is truly amazing. Led by the energetic Ops manager on duty, Josie, the team is always super friendly and accommodating, Josie is the perfect VIP representative to make all feel so welcomed. The hotel is so efficient and on the ball. The renovated club lounge has good food and drink for all. Special call out to Monique at the front desk for her friendly welcomes. And then there is Aneesa that truly exceeds any customer service norms! This Sheraton is the best!
had a good stay. convenient location with free shuttle. Service wasn't over the top, but the room was clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. had access to the club lounge which was a nice perk. Club lounge was nice, food was great, however I didn't see a worker, so I can't comment on that. Room service was fantastic. The food that was served at the meetings I attended in the hotel was incredible!
Once again, my friends at this property welcomed me with my favorite room, which I love! This comes as no surprise to me; after all, when you come "home" why wouldn't you get the best room in the house?! Without fail, every time I walk in the door I'm welcomed with big smiles, greetings by name, and an attentive staff that always make me feel special. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the Toronto airport area that makes me feel more welcome. Can't wait for my next visit.
We held a two day conference here and it was all very well done. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. There is a free shuttle from the airport which was great since we had a lot of guests coming in from out of town. I would have given 5 stars except there were two minor negatives. One was the way the cleaning staff have their set up. If you gone all day it won't affect you. However, if you are back and forth all day (like we were) it's a little off-putting. They obviously have a "team" method going, where all the work is done in stages. So, things are left outside of ALL the rooms on the floor at the same time (eg, all the clean glasses, then all the dirty linens, etc.). I've never come across this before and didn't appreciate it. Second, there was a mix up with the bill after our group checked out that took a couple of weeks to sort out. Overall, good experience though.
First just to clarify ... there are actually 4 Sheraton brand hotels close by Toronto Pearson international airport (2 Sheratons and 2 Four Points by Sheraton). So be careful which one you book and the correct address for your transfer! This one Sheraton Airport Hotel is actually out of the airport along Dixon Road, a short shuttle trip from airport (the other Sheraton Gateway is actually within the airport itself and connected with T3 by walkway). I prefer not to stay right in the airport so chose this Sheraton Airport hotel as it is well located for my business meetings around the Mississauga district of Toronto. It's a decent airport hotel, and doesn't claim to be a 5-star Sheraton. Stayed on Club Floor level 8 King bed with a reasonably spacious room although bathroom is small with old shower/bath & curtain which i hate. Housekeeping and general service is quite good. Club Lounge is nice space but food selection and service is highly variable - would be easy to improve it. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Of course being near airport you hear plenty of planes overhead (mostly inbound for landing) but at least there is airport curfew after midnight until around 7am.
Came here for the second year, Best Ever Coaches Clinic! Great stay as the year before and the conference rooms are impeccable! Cleaning staff were awesome, and helpful with making our rooms the absolute best!
Stayed here one night for a weekend conference. The rooms are a decent size and my room was very clean. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. Check-in was a bit slow because there was only one person working, but someone else did come to help out just after I was looked after. Would not hesitate to come back for another conference or if I was looking to do a stay and park for an early morning flight at Pearson.
