Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre4.0 out of 5.0

This hotel was well-priced. We ended up on the club floor-without the perks of being club members. I am looking into how to become a member because the perks seemed good. The hotel is very clean and the room spacious and well-appointed. I would stay again.
My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton after a very long series of flights from Australia. We arrived very late but we were booked in without fuss by very welcoming staff. After dumping our luggage in our room we headed down to the restaurant for a quite feed before turning in. We had a very comfortable sleep with no disturbance from aircraft noise. In the morning we had a full breakfast with enough options to keep us satisfied, including omelettes made to order. The hotel is about 15-min to Pearson Airport which is easily accessed by complimentary shuttle bus, but limited hours. We used a taxi to get from the airport because it was so late, but the fair was low, so a good option at that time. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we ever go back to Toronto.
Was taken to the wrong Sheraton. I booked the hotel through the 1800 number and asked for the Sheraton attached to the airport. The hotel was not far away but when I showed up at the wrong one no help available to get to the Sheraton conference centre. Called the hotel to make sure room was still available and where to get the shuttle, again no help as to tell me where the shuttle stops. My mom and I waited over an hour for the shuttle. When arriving, was given the key to our room my mom opened the door as I had all the luggage only to find people in the room. Very embarrassing for my mother to walk in on. Went to front desk to get a new room only to be questioned and disbelieved at first about occupied room. Was given an upgrade to go to the CLUB on 8th floor. We were told we would recieve free drinks and appetizers and at 8 oclock at night thought it a good idea. We went to the club only to find water and juice free and the appetizers were crushed nachos, brown gaucamole, and dried out vegetables. The room was clean but didnt enjoy the night after all the confusion. You would think that the 3 Sheratons in TO would have better communication amongst themselves, we cant be the only ones who have had the wrong hotel booked.
Starting with great front desk staff like Aneesa, the Sheraton is always welcoming. The renovated rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Great beds, everything is clean and convenient. Olio is one of my favorite restaurants in the airport area. Great vegetables and a creative menu. A pleasant change form all the steakhouses in the area.
i visited this hotel wit my relatives whilst i was here on vacation th ambience was amazing room was clean and comfortable . room was spacious but my fave was the bathroom .i will never forget the time i was here will definately return .
I selected this hotel after having hostelled around Colombia for a few weeks, so I can tell you I probably loved the little things that much more ;) The hotel is comfy, the beds are glorious, and it's one of the seemingly few that still offer bathtubs, which is a nice touch for sore footed wanderers like me. Couldn't say much about the service, as my interaction was so minimal, but the location right smack dab in the terminal three - steps from the link train - was ideal. Check in was easy, and ah the beds!!!! The glorious beds!
You can be there with family or business.Very good accommodation with good staff at all places.Good room, good food and good service.Near to airport and not far from down town.Good for conference as well.
Poor check in late at night , staff member not trained and not competent to check customers in. I rang the Sheraton hotel to advise plane delay in JFK airport and we would be checking in early hours of morning. We checked in at 3am after lengthy plane delays. I requested a late check out and was given 30 minutes with checkout of 1230 despite my earnest request to sleep. I was given a room next to the lift and noise from guests talking could be heard from my room and kept me from getting sleep. We had shower in morning and the bathroom mirror fogged up due to poor exhaust in bathroom . I complained to desk upon checkout and half hearted response was received. Y the lady checking my out. Don't stay here for sleep and value for money. Anthony
The front-end staff were great and very well versed in all aspects of the conference that I was there for. They made sure they went out of there way to answer all my questions and helped me gain access to my forgotten SPG account number, the bar staff were also great and the breakfast was spectacular, the fresh omelette station was a big hit. I will defiantly put this hotel on my go to list.
This hotel was a host hotel for Mary Kay seminar. They really tried hard to make our stay great. Check in was quite smooth and moved quickly. They had lemonade and cookies as well as a swag bag for each of us. They offered a free photo shoot prior to our Gala event. The complimentary photos were lovely. The downside was the restaurant. While they offered a grab and go breakfast, it was not grab and go. The order still had to be placed with one waitress and paid for and then she delivered the order to you. This caused congestion, confusion, and considerable wait times. We went to the restaurant right after we checked in to grab a quick bite. Again they were not prepared for so many people mid afternoon. They seemed disorganized as well. However, they gave us a discount because of the wait time (this on top of a convention discount). Had they remained open late on Friday night, they would have seen an influx of very hungry and grateful guests. We were all hungry after our Gala event and NOTHING was open anywhere. I have been to many such events and check out at this hotel was the best I've seen it. They were very accommodating regarding our luggage and the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely.
