Staff- All the staffs are very nice and helpfull ! Location- Amazing place to stay ,15 minutes by car to downtown,1 hour e and 15 minutos to Niagara falls. Clenning- Very good , nothing to say just amazing! Free good wi-fi,free parking lot and a Thin Horns just in the same plaza. A good shopping mall 2 minutes by car or 10 walking The breakfast is very simple but is ok . IF you do mind about luxury this is your HOME away from HOME! LOVEEEE this hotel !
The room was not that clean and made me feel like I was at a 2 star hotel. Checking in was an insult. Had to produce drivers license (that's okay) for then the clerk turns around and makes a photo copy. I didn't feel very secured with that......too much identity fraud going around. Checked in at 2:45pm and checked out the same evening at 9 pm. Just did not want to stay there.
Bed very comfy staff incredible front desk staff was so friendly and helful.. This is our new favorite get away... Those who like coffee Tim Horton is right next door and where at gardens mall right around the corner
Booked a room via their website for one night. Nice clean renovated hotel. The only two disappointments were that it happened to be a long check in time, and we requested a ground floor room. While waiting a long time to check in, we witnessed the other guests being granted a ground floor room after being very persistant. When it came time for my family to check in, we were told none were available. I didn't put up a fuss because I am not confrontational.
My wife and I staid at this hotel for one night before travelling to Niagara falls, hotel is next to the bus stop, very clean, and the best value in that area. They accepted me without credit card, cash deposit was necessary, though.
My boyfriend and I stayed here to avoid the long commute in bad weather last fall. We used Hotwire to book so we didn't know where we would be staying until after it was booked. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it had recently been renovated and was clean and comfortable. However it seemed like a place that may accept hourly rates. There seemed to be a lot of sketchy looking people coming and going which we didn't like so much. But we stayed in our room and had a nice quite night with a good sleep.
Excellent place to call home for a couple nights! Close to great shopping and only 15 minutes from downtown Toronto. Parking is a little tight for a larger pick up truck, I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.
We stayed for four nights while visiting family. We had a lovely stay. The hotel room was recently renovated. Beds were firm and very comfortable. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. It was exceptionally quiet despite its proximity to a major highway. We did not hear any traffic noise from our room. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The 24-hour tea and coffee available in the lobby was well appreciated. There was ample parking. It was also great to be within walking distance of Sherway Gardens -spent half a day shopping there. It's also a short drive down to Marie Curtis Park, and the beach at Lake Ontario. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
What I don't like is the process for check in being different each time The first time I checked in my credit card was only held for payment......The next time I pay everything up front......today I have to leave $100.00 deposit ......Be consistant
Stayed here when I first arrived in Toronto, Nice budget hotel, clean rooms with all basic amenities provided. Free breakfast included in lobby. Pros: Free Breakfast, Price very competitive compared to downtown hotels in Toronto, TTC bus stops just in front of the hotel. Cons: Room heater was not working properly (at least in my room), slow internet.
- Free on-the-go breakfast
- Free WiFi in rooms and public areas
