Pros - Very closed to the places where we want to go; 5 mins walk to CN Tower, Ripley's aquarium; clean; lobby smells so good! Cons - pay for parking, self parking and valet parking sign are confusing, self parking is for people who doesn't stay in the hotel or people who doesn't drive around during their stay

Great stay. Enjoyable all around.

Close to everything so you can walk to restaurants, theatre, ballpark, etc. Third time I've stayed here when visiting Toronto and will do so again.

Great location in the center of everything in Toronto. Nice restaurant and the staff was excellent. Will visit again.

The Hotel is in the center, just a few blocks of the Canada Air Centre, the Aquarium and the Waterfront. The restaurant Hotel Azzure is a lit bit expensive. The staff was very helpful.

Location was great. Rooms very nice. There was little staff present to assist with parking or other housekeeping issues. Parking is 45 dollars a day and self parking is next to impossible garage is always packed due to convention center. Valets while friendly took forever to park and retrieve cars. Great Italian restaurant down the street Joe Badalis great location and nice rooms.

The hotel by far met our expectations the staff were wonderful and accomidations were perfect. Awesome location for staying - considering we went to the Interior Design show - we walked underground without having to brave the Winter wind and go outside to get to the Design show. Breakfast was expensive at the hotel - $60 for two people. They served orange juice ($6 each) before we sat down and coffee when asked ($5 each) and then billed us for both. All in all, great stay but would go elsewhere for breaky and dining!

it was a great experience, i was in a handicap room, not sure why i was assigned to that room, but it didnt bother me. the bathtub wasn't working, so i wasn't able to take a bath, but it was alright with me. the bed was comfy, the bedsheet was teared. my room was right in front of the elevator, so i could hear the noise. but overall it was ok.

Only 2 blocks from the theatre we attended. Perfect location if you are travelling by train. Room was lovely and bed was the best .. even asked for the make of the mattress it was so comfy. Michael, at the front desk, was the best. Thank you.

Location is perfect! Hotel overall is nice, staff is helpful.

I would stay here again next visit to Toronto. Concierge staff very helpful at all times Ameniities a Azure the lounge was also excelleny

Great experience. Location was perfect and room on the 23rd floor was extremely quiet. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We got everything you would expect from the intercontinental chain plus a great view of the tower.

the hotel was fine, room was clean and very comfortable.

Ideal location for exploring downtown Toronto. We were able to walk to the water front and the shopping districts (King & Queen streets) from the hotel. Lots of places to eat. Room was very nice and modern and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend the Intercontinental to family and friends.

InterContinental Toronto Centre was cross railway to Toronto's famous CN Tower. It's only 15 min walking distance to ferry to central island. Also walking distance to many other attractions. Very convenient location!

What a beautiful room! I stayed in a corner room on the 16th floor and had great views of the city and the lake, even the CN Tower. The decor was very modern and very tasteful. The room and bathroom were very clean and admittedly I'm picky when it comes to the details of cleanliness! Each room also has it's own personal Keurig machine so that was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were all friendly and overly helpful and accommodating. I had the breakfast buffet, which was pricey but delish with made to order omelets. Overall a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location!!

My experience was wonderful. Hotel was incredible. Very clean and the service was excellent. Mike at the front desk and Kyle the bartender at azure were very helpful with suggestions of what i could do in the city

Had a great time fantastic hotel great location we had a wonderful time

This was our second visit to the InterContinental; we specifically chose it because we were attending an event at the attached convention center, and the location is perfect for this purpose. The issues we had weren't life-threatening, but still annoying for a hotel of this cost: 1) The first night we called the front desk right away because the TV in the bedroom didn't work. We advised that we would be out of the room the entire next day, and the TV was never fixed. When I mentioned this at checkout, nothing was offered (i.e., a discount on this stay or future stays). 2) In this day and age, paying for wi-fi is ridiculous. Many lower priced hotels/motels never charge for this and see it as a basic amenities. The maid service and room itself were wonderful, and the toiletries were perfect. The staff in general was nice, but we were disappointed at no follow-up.
