Spacious, well-appointed room. Was able to fully relax after a long day of work and commute from Montreal with a hot shower in the large luxe bathroom, slip into a cushy robe, and order room service. Bliss! Food was also deliciously prepared and extremely generous. Enjoyed everything, including check-in. Always recommend this property, and its sister in Montreal.

We were offered an upgrade for an additional cost upon check-in. We took it and it was great! The staff were some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They allowed us to check in early (830am!), provided a crib for our baby, and booked us transportation to the airport with a car seat. The room was huge and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
