The location is nice, walkable to many entertainment and restaurant locations and easy access to public transportation. Hotel staff was great. I didn't like the "daily amenity fee" of $25, plus tax, not optional. If you are there to enjoy Toronto, not spend all day at the hotel, it is a blatant money grab. It was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel amenities details, a surprise presented at check in. If it is a mandatory charge, it should be made obvious when making reservations.

It is a very beautiful place to stay. We had a wonderful check in and she gave us the view of the CN tower with Roger stadium. It was walkable to the Blue Jay games. Security great, the lobby was very spacious. We would stay here again for sure.
