You will not find a better hotel with a more caring staff. We travel A LOT! This hotel is so above par, that we checked out of our Niagara Falls room and drive here at midnight. So worth it to stay in a very clean room with an amazing staff! Will be back over and over!
Good hard product: Great building, great location, great bedrooms, great beds, great towels, great toiletries. Unfortunately, the soft product is not up to par with the ranking of this hotel or with its price point: staff that is not always consistently friendly such as in the lobby lounge, no turndown service until I inquired about it, told I was getting an upgrade when it really was just a handicap accessible room, asked if I wanted the bill email to me and said yes but 48 hours later and no bill has arrived, confusing response about whether or not I could have a late check out: person on the phone at guest services said yes until two, person downstairs had no information on any late check out being asked for. For hotel that I paid almost $500 for one night this is not quite the experience that I would expect. Try harder or don’t rank yourself as a five-star hotel.

This was one of the best hotels at which I've ever stayed. I was blown away. The service was amazing. I was with my young son and after we got to the room they brought up a giant plate of candy to him. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and just gorgeous. I went to the lobby bar for a drink and the atmosphere was so nice. I would only want to stay here every time I go to Toronto. In fact, I'm not sure any other hotel will measure up to this one anywhere.
We had a great stay, great location near many unique restaurants, and the best part was the attentive staff.
The hotel is lovely, rooms are spacious, bed and linens are super comfortable and the bathtub and showers are amazing. Highly recommend!
