The service and accommodation of guests request were appreciated, staff was excellent, ideal location and large bathroom. The property could use an upgrade in certain areas - the rooms appeared dated, especially, given the particular room booked was on the high end of options and was somewhat below expectations.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very upscale feel and all the amenities you could want. The fitness center is top notch along with the room service. The only problems we encountered were being skipped for cleaning (quick phone call took care of that), not receiving the pillows requested (no I wonder if the pillow menu is just a legend) and receiving an accessible room without being notified (also after a quick call they gave us an extra credit to use in restaurants or in room dining). Overall, it has the special touch and feel you expect from the Shangri-La. The area is safe, clean and easily accessible to all of Toronto. We did not use the hotel valet, but used Spot Hero to park in the building next door. It was very secure, clean, safe and very inexpensive. So many bakeries and coffee shops nearby! Great location.

An amazing hotel with terrific service.

I love this hotel - the service is really unparalleled. We had an amazingly thoughtful kids welcome amenity and the app is terrific for adding sundries and ordering food. Room was well appointed and spacious (we got small suite for the family and it was about 800 sq ft with two full baths). Bathrooms were large and well stocked (toothbrushes, combs, nail file etc.). Love the room service breakfast - tip: the kids French Toast is phenomenal for adults. Finally, a terrific, fairly big pool and nice gym. Kids loved the swimming and view of CN tower at night.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Friendly staff very courteous and helpful. Fast check in and out process. Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Pool area is great. We only ate breakfast at the property and was delicious. Coffee shop at lobby is also great. 5 stars. Highly recommend
