Room was clean. Linens were very nice. I appreciated the extra towels, hand towels, etc. We had 3 of each for the 2 of us. Really liked the layout of the room. A couch one can sit on and a foot stool was nice. Would like to see plastic glassware, knowing they are sterilized. All staff were very friendly.

I had a beautiful room. Comfortable sofa and bed, nicely appointed, Nespresso machine. And, for being out in the industrial area close to the airport, there was an in-hotel dining room and a few, very walkable, restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on a flight layover.

Issues: Main light in room was near useless. Water from the ice machine was about halfway to opaque. Bathroom light can shut off on you while in the shower. No outlets near the bed. All of the add-ons were steep to ridiculous in price ($25 to stream a movie? JFC) Checkout from TV didn’t work. Couch cushions were stiff to the point of being unpleasant. Poor sound isolation. chair at desk was uncomfortable and should have had rollers.
